Roobet Casino at a Glance
Roobet is a crypto-first casino and sportsbook that also takes Interac e-Transfer for both deposits and withdrawals, which is rare among the offshore sites we cover. The table below sums up what its official help centre confirms, checked from Canada on October 9, 2026.
| đ Feature | â What the Help Centre Says |
|---|---|
| Canadian banking | Interac deposits and withdrawals, processed through Gigadat |
| Interac withdrawal timing | 1â3 business days to reach your bank after Roobet sends it |
| Cards | Visa and Mastercard deposits, $10 to $5,000, credited instantly |
| Cryptocurrencies | BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, XRP, TRX, DOGE, SOL, SUI, BNB |
| Buy crypto in the cashier | Through Swapped.com, from US$10, Apple Pay and Google Pay supported |
| Loyalty | Invitation-only VIP Program with cashback, bonuses and VIP Support |
| Products | Slots with bonus buys, Roobet House Games, Crash, sportsbook, Prediction Markets |
| Support | 24/7 live chat, email at cs@roobet.com |
| Safer gambling | Wager, loss and deposit limits; 24-hour time-out; self-exclusion up to permanent |
In short, Roobet’s strengths sit in the cashier and the responsible-gambling settings rather than in a headline sign-up offer.
Is Roobet Legal for Canadian Players?
Roobet is an offshore casino: it is not licensed or regulated by any Canadian provincial regulator, so your province cannot step in if a dispute arises. That is the single most important thing to understand before you sign up.
Under section 207(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada, gambling is legal only when it is “conducted and managed” by a provincial government or under its licence. There is no federal online gambling regulator; each province decides. Our guide on whether online gambling is legal in Canada walks through the province-by-province picture.
Where Roobet Accepts Players
Roobet’s “Restricted Regions” article, dated August 25, 2026, lists 25 jurisdictions whose residents “may not access the Website or register an Account on it”. The list includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Netherlands, Malta, Cyprus and Curaçao. Canada is not on that list.
The help centre also carries Canada-specific guides: an Interac deposit and withdrawal walkthrough, an Interac Autodeposit guide and an article on finding the 8-digit Interac reference number at RBC. Those pages only make sense for Canadian bank customers.
Ontario, Alberta and Licence Details
Ontario runs a regulated iGaming market overseen by the AGCO and iGaming Ontario, and Alberta’s regulated market launched on July 13, 2026. If you live in either province, use your province’s regulated sites â see our Ontario online casinos guide. Roobet’s help centre does not address Ontario at all, so this review is written for players outside those two regulated markets.
This review is based on Roobet’s official help centre (help.roobet.com); before you register, check the licence shown in roobet.com’s footer. If a dispute arises with an offshore operator, you deal with the operator and its licensing body, not your province.
The legal age for online gambling is 19+ in most provinces and territories and 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Recreational gambling winnings are generally treated as windfalls and not taxed in Canada, although professionals “in the business of gambling” may be.
Roobet Bonuses and Promotions
Roobet’s rewards are built around ongoing promotions and an invitation-only VIP Program rather than a fixed deposit-match welcome package. Its help centre has a whole “Rewards and Promotions” collection, verified on the operator’s site in October 2026.
That collection lists seven guides: Promo Codes Explained, Referrals Explained, Opt-in Promotions, Rewards Explained, Raffles, Instant Raffles and Bonuses. The General collection adds “Chat Rains”, and the Account collection has an article on “Sending Tips and Free Spins”. The sportsbook has its own “How do Sportsbook Free Bets work?” page.
- Opt-in promotions â you choose which campaigns to join
- Raffles and instant raffles â two separate guides in the collection
- Promo codes and referrals â each has its own explainer
- Chat Rains â a community feature listed in the General guides
How to Get the Most From Roobet Promotions
Because promotion terms can change, the safest routine is the same every time. Here is how we would approach any Roobet promotion:
- Open the promotion’s own terms before you opt in, and note the wagering, eligible games and expiry.
- Read the “Wagering Requirements” guide in the Withdrawals collection â it sits there for a reason, because rollover affects when you can cash out.
- Set a deposit or loss limit first so a raffle or reload never pushes you past your budget.
- Opt in only to offers that match how you already play â a sportsbook free bet is worthless to a pure slots player.
Wagering is where most bonus value is won or lost. A 30x rollover on a C$50 bonus means C$1,500 in bets before withdrawal; at C$1 a spin, that is 1,500 spins. Our wagering requirements guide shows how to run that maths on any offer.
Pro Tip:
If a Roobet promotion and a provincial site’s offer look similar, compare the wagering multiplier and the expiry first. A smaller bonus with lower rollover often returns more real cash than a big one you can’t clear in time.
Roobet VIP Program and Cashback Perks
Roobet’s VIP Program is invitation-only and offers personal cashback, bonuses and VIP Support to players the casino selects. The help centre article, updated August 11, 2026, says the club “is reserved for our elite players”.
In Roobet’s own words: “We offer personal perks and rewards such as cashback, bonuses, and other rewards. You will be given access to VIP Support that will be able to assist you at any given time.” Entry criteria are kept private, and Roobet “will reach out to you via email if you qualify”.
What Invitation-Only Means in Practice
An invitation model cuts both ways. On the plus side, perks are personal, so a VIP host can tailor cashback to how you actually play. On the minus side, you can’t plan around a published ladder â there are no public tiers or rates to aim for.
Compare that with Stake, whose VIP ladder is open to everyone and starts at Bronze after $10,000 wagered, or TonyBet, which publishes cashback from its Ruby level at 5% up to $750, rising to 10% up to $1,500. Those are transparent targets; Roobet’s model trades transparency for personalisation.
| đ Casino | đ VIP Entry | đž Cashback / Rakeback |
|---|---|---|
| Roobet | By invitation, via email | Cashback listed as a VIP perk |
| Stake | Open to all; Bronze at $10,000 wagered | Rakeback plus weekly and monthly bonuses |
| BC.Game | Based on activity and loyalty | Instant Lossback for VIPs |
| TonyBet | Automatic at Iron level | Bi-weekly 5%â10% from Ruby, 10x wagering |
If you want predictable, published cashback, TonyBet’s ladder is clearer; if you are a high-volume player who values a personal host, Roobet’s invite-only club can suit you.
Watch out:
Never raise your stakes just to “earn” a VIP invitation. Roobet itself says the requirements are undisclosed, so chasing them is chasing an unknown target. Cashback is a rebate on losses, not a reason to lose more â read our cashback bonus guide for how these rebates really work.
Roobet Games: Slots, House Games and Crash
Roobet’s game library centres on slots with bonus buys, its own Roobet House Games, and Crash. The “Games” collection in the help centre has seven guides that map out what is on offer.
Those guides are: Regional Restrictions by Game Provider, Providers and Games that Offer Bonus Buys, Crash Issues, Roobet House Games, Triple Roo Jackpot, Autobet and Prediction Markets. The first one matters for Canadians: some providers limit their titles by region, so the lobby you see from Canada may differ from screenshots taken elsewhere.
Slots and Bonus Buys
Roobet keeps a dedicated list of providers and games with bonus buys. A bonus buy lets you pay a fixed multiple of your stake â often 50x to 100x â to jump straight to the feature round. It speeds up play and raises volatility, so budget accordingly.
Roobet House Games
The House Games are Roobet’s in-house titles, and the Triple Roo Jackpot has its own help page. In-house games are usually simple, fast rounds â great for short sessions, but the pace means losses can stack quickly.
Crash and Autobet
In Crash, a multiplier climbs from 1.00x until it “crashes”; you must cash out before it does. Roobet’s Autobet feature has its own guide â automation is handy, but set a stop-loss before you let it run.
Crash rewards discipline more than any other game type. A fixed auto-cashout at 2.00x roughly doubles your stake when it hits, but you lose the whole stake every time the round busts first. Our crash games guide explains the maths, and our online slots guide covers volatility and RTP.
Prediction Markets
Roobet also lists Prediction Markets in its Games collection, alongside the casino titles. Treat it as a distinct product with its own rules, and read the dedicated help article before staking anything on it.
Roobet Sportsbook
Yes â Roobet runs a sportsbook alongside the casino, and its “Sports Betting” help collection has five guides. They cover More Sports Betting Options, Sportsbook Free Bets, Handicaps, Suspended or Postponed Matches and Interrupted Events, and How to Share the Link to an Active Sports Bet.
The handicap and suspended-match guides are the ones to read first. Settlement rules for interrupted events vary a lot between bookmakers, and knowing them in advance avoids surprises on a rain-delayed match.
Roobet Payments: Interac, Cards and Crypto
Roobet’s cashier gives Canadians Interac e-Transfer in both directions, Visa and Mastercard deposits, several e-wallets and 11 cryptocurrencies. The methods below come from Roobet’s deposit and withdrawal guides, verified on the operator’s site in October 2026.
| đł Method | âŹïž Minimum Deposit | âŹïž Withdrawal | â±ïž Timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Interac e-Transfer (via Gigadat) | â | Yes | Withdrawals reach your bank in 1â3 business days |
| Visa / Mastercard | $10 (max $5,000) | â | Deposits instant, processing up to 1 hour |
| Neteller | â | â | Paid from your Neteller balance |
| MuchBetter | $10 | â | Up to 24 hours in some cases |
| AstroPay | $10 | â | Up to 24 hours in some cases |
| Jeton | â | â | Instant (up to 1 hour if disrupted) |
| Vega Wallet | â | â | Instant (up to 1 hour if disrupted) |
| Crypto (11 coins) | â | â | After 1â3 blockchain confirmations |
| Buy Crypto (Swapped.com) | US$10 | No | Instant or a few minutes; rarely up to 30 minutes |
For most Canadians, Interac is the practical default, cards are a quick top-up option, and crypto suits players who already hold coins.
The help centre writes card and e-wallet minimums as “$10” without naming the currency, so confirm whether your cashier shows CAD or USD before you deposit. MuchBetter, AstroPay, Jeton and Vega Wallet are each described as available “in some locations” â if one is missing from your cashier, it is not offered where you are. Some Canadian banks also block gambling transactions on credit cards; our credit card casinos guide explains what to check with your bank first.
How to Deposit With Interac at Roobet
An Interac deposit at Roobet runs through Gigadat, a payment processor that connects to your online banking. Roobet’s guide, last updated March 25, 2024, describes these steps:
- Choose Interac in the cashier, enter the amount and add your mobile phone number.
- Click “Deposit”, then “Continue transaction” on the confirmation page.
- Log into your bank through Gigadat and select Interac e-Transfer, filling in the requested details before the timer runs out.
- Click “Return to Merchant”, complete the next two pages, and review the transfer details.
- Confirm the transfer; Roobet shows a confirmation, and Interac emails you once the deposit is sent.
Roobet notes that a deposit may sometimes “take more time to come through”. If that happens, support will usually ask for your 8-digit Interac reference number, which always starts with “CA” followed by six case-sensitive letters and numbers (for example, CA123aBc).
Pro Tip:
Save the Interac confirmation email the moment it arrives â the reference number is usually in it. RBC customers who can’t find it can request the “Acxsys Payment Reference” number through “Send a Secure Message” in RBC’s online banking Message Centre, as Roobet’s guide explains.
Interac Withdrawals and Autodeposit
To cash out by Interac, you enter the amount, your email address and your mobile number, then confirm. Gigadat emails you a notice, a password is sent to your registered email, and you pick the financial institution that should receive the funds.
Once Roobet completes the payout, it may take 1â3 business days to reach your bank. A Friday-evening request can therefore land on Tuesday or Wednesday â plan around weekends and statutory holidays.
Roobet recommends turning on Interac Autodeposit at your bank, so you no longer confirm every withdrawal by email. Your bank sets this up, not Roobet support. Our best Interac casinos page compares how other sites handle Interac payouts.
The Withdrawals help collection also has guides titled “Withdrawing using a Credit Card”, “Withdrawing using AstroPay”, “How to Withdraw via CryptoCurrency”, “Card Withdrawal Fees FAQ” and “Deposit Must Be Confirmed Before Withdrawing”. Read the relevant one before choosing a non-Interac cash-out route.
Crypto Deposits and Confirmations
Roobet accepts 11 cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum (including Base and Arbitrum), Litecoin, Tether, USD Coin, XRP, Tron, Dogecoin, Solana, SUI and BNB. Sending any other coin or token “will result in that cryptocurrency being lost”, the help centre warns.
| đȘ Coin | đ Confirmations Needed | đ Explorer Roobet Suggests |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | 1 | Blockchain Explorer |
| XRP | 1 | XRPScan |
| Ethereum (ETH) | 3 | Etherscan |
| Litecoin (LTC) | 3 | Blockchair |
| Tether (USDT) | 3 | Etherscan |
| USD Coin (USDC) | 3 | Etherscan |
| Tron (TRX) | â | Tronscan |
Bitcoin and XRP clear fastest on Roobet’s side, needing a single confirmation, while ETH, LTC, USDT and USDC each wait for three.
Some BTC deposits are credited instantly, but not all. Roobet looks for two things: Replace-By-Fee (RBF) switched off on the sending wallet and an adequate network fee. Even then, it says instant crediting is never guaranteed, because “secondary factors” also apply.
Watch out:
Roobet’s Binance guide warns to avoid BEP chains (BEP20, BEP2), which “will result in lost funds”, and its two network lists differ slightly between articles. Always copy the address and network straight from your Roobet cashier, and send a small test amount first.
Buying Crypto Inside the Cashier
No coins yet? Roobet’s “Buy Crypto” tab, run with partner Swapped.com, lets you buy Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, XRP, Litecoin, Tron or Dogecoin by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The minimum purchase is US$10, and most purchases arrive instantly or within minutes.
Each payment method shows its own processing fee before you confirm, so compare them. A “Deposit Directly From Your Wallet” option, also powered by Swapped, lets you connect a crypto wallet without copying addresses by hand. For a wider view of crypto-friendly sites, see our crypto casinos guide.
Playing Roobet on Mobile
Roobet’s help centre confirms that the Buy Crypto flow “works seamlessly on mobile devices” with Apple Pay and Google Pay. That makes topping up from a phone quick, even without a wallet already set up.
Interac deposits also suit mobile play, since the flow hands you over to your bank’s own login screen. If you play on a shared device, turn on two-factor authentication â the Account collection includes a dedicated “2FA Guide”.
How to Sign Up and Verify at Roobet
Signing up at Roobet takes a few minutes, but Level 2 Verification needs a government-issued photo ID. Here is the order we recommend, based on Roobet’s account and safer-gambling guides:
- Check eligibility â make sure you are of legal age in your province and outside Roobet’s Restricted Regions list.
- Create your account on roobet.com and look over the licence details in the site footer.
- Turn on 2FA using the help centre’s 2FA Guide.
- Set your Gambling Limits on the safe-gambling page before your first deposit.
- Upload your ID under account settings â verification: a front-and-back image of your passport, driver’s licence or other government-issued ID.
- Make your first deposit by Interac, card or crypto.
Roobet’s compliance team reviews verification documents daily and contacts you after a manual review if anything else is needed. Verifying early means your first withdrawal is not held up waiting for paperwork.
Roobet Customer Support
Roobet offers 24/7 live chat plus email at cs@roobet.com, and its help centre says, “You may always reach out to our 24/7 live support.” The General collection includes a guide on how to contact an agent via live support.
The help centre itself is the other half of the service. It is available in ten languages â English, French, Portuguese (Brazil), Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Russian, Spanish and Turkish â so francophone players in Quebec and New Brunswick can read it in French. The step-by-step payment guides, with dates on each article, are among the most detailed we have seen for an offshore cashier.
Email is mainly for formal requests. Account deletion, for instance, must be sent from your registered address with the subject “Account Deletion”; Roobet replies within 24â48 hours and applies a 48-hour cooldown before confirming.
Roobet Safety and Responsible Gambling Tools
Roobet gives you wager, loss and deposit limits, a 24-hour time-out and self-exclusion from one day to permanent, all set from your own account. Its Gambling Limits feature was refreshed in July 2026.
| đĄïž Tool | âïž How It Works at Roobet |
|---|---|
| Wager limit | Caps total bets per daily, weekly or monthly period |
| Loss limit | Caps net loss (wins minus losses) for the period |
| Deposit limit | Caps deposits for the chosen period |
| Active limits | Up to 3 at once, for example one per timeframe |
| Time-out | 24-hour cooldown; no wagering, rewards still claimable |
| Self-exclusion | 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1, 3, 6 or 9 months, 1 year, or permanent |
| Account deletion | By email to cs@roobet.com, or “Close My Account” on a new, unused account |
The range is broad enough to cover a quick break and a permanent stop, which is what a good toolkit should do.
Limit periods are fixed from the moment you set them: 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Once you hit a limit, you can’t wager or deposit further until it resets. Loss limits count from your balance at the time you set them, so gains earned within the period must be lost again before the limit starts counting.
Self-Exclusion Is Final â By Design
Self-exclusion is a two-step process: a mandatory 24-hour cooldown, then the period of your choice. Roobet states that the exclusion “is irreversible and cannot be modified/undone by our team”, and you cannot end it early; the account reopens automatically when the period ends.
That rigidity protects you on a bad night, but it also means you should pick the length carefully. Roobet also suggests excluding yourself from any other gambling sites you use, and points to BeGambleAware and GamCare for self-assessment.
Canadian help is closer to home. ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600), the BC Problem Gambling Help Line (1-888-795-6111) and Quebec’s Gambling: Help and Referral (1-800-461-0140) are free and confidential; the full provincial list is on gamblingguidelines.ca. Our responsible gambling guide covers warning signs and budgeting.
Roobet vs Stake, BC.Game and TonyBet
Roobet stands out for two-way Interac and an unusually flexible self-exclusion menu, while its rivals win on published licences or VIP ladders. Here is how it lines up against three sites we also rate highly, using each operator’s verified pages.
| âïž Feature | đŠ Roobet | đČ Stake | đź BC.Game | đŻ TonyBet |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Licence in our sources | Check roobet.com footer | Check stake.com footer | Anjouan ALSI-202410011-FI1 | Kahnawake 00902 (Canada excl. ON & AB) |
| Interac | Deposits and withdrawals | Withdrawals (CAD bank transfer) | â | â |
| Cards | Deposits $10â$5,000 | CAD deposits and withdrawals, C$5âC$3,000 | â | Deposits and withdrawals |
| VIP access | Invitation only | Open to all | Activity-based | Automatic enrolment |
| Shortest self-exclusion | 1 day | 6 months | 6 months | 6 months |
| Our rating | 92/100 | 94/100 | 93/100 | 89/100 |
Roobet is the pick here if Interac in and out matters most; Stake edges it for CAD card banking and a public VIP ladder.
Stake supports CAD directly, with Visa and Mastercard from C$5 up to C$3,000 and Interac e-Transfer withdrawals that take up to three business days. BC.Game publishes its Anjouan licence number and offers VIPs fee-free deposits and withdrawals. TonyBet is the clearest on cashback, paying bi-weekly from its Ruby level with 10x wagering on the rebate.
- 15 VIP Levels to Obsidian
- CAD Cards C$5 to C$3,000
- Interac e-Transfer Payouts
