Wild Tokyo is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (licence OGL/2024/589/0556) — not by a Canadian provincial regulator. The footer on every page names GBL Solutions N.V. (registration 155090, Seru Loraweg 17, Curaçao) as operator, with Ramtinar Techconsult Limited in Cyprus acting as its payment agent.

Under section 207(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada, gambling is legal only when conducted and managed by a province. Canada is not on Wild Tokyo’s prohibited-countries list, and the site lets you open a CAD account, but no province oversees it. Domain changes are a favourite moment for copycat sites. Before you register or upload ID, check that the footer shows GBL Solutions N.V. and the licence number above, and type the address yourself rather than following a link from an unsolicited message.

Withdrawal Limits by Loyalty Level

Until your identity, age and residence are verified, the terms also block payouts above €2,000 in 24 hours or €2,300 in total.

The 10% Fee Rule and Other Charges

If your real-money bets total less than three times your deposit when you request a withdrawal, Wild Tokyo may keep a commission of up to 10%, or refuse the withdrawal and ask you to keep playing. Deposit C$100, bet C$150 and withdraw C$200, and up to C$20 could be deducted; bet C$300 first and the rule no longer applies.

Other charges in the terms:

• Dormant accounts: after six months without real-money play, a fee of €10 a month (or the equivalent) is charged until you play again or the balance reaches zero.
• Inactive accounts: after 12 dormant months, the account can be deleted and any positive balance voided if you don’t respond.
• Processing fees: the casino reserves the right to charge a withdrawal processing fee, and the player pays basic bank fees.

The FAQ calls deposits “100% free of charge”, which sits awkwardly with those clauses. Simple fix: withdraw your balance before taking a long break.

How Long Withdrawals Take

The FAQ says verification takes around 24 hours, while the T&C allow up to 72 hours or three business days. After that, payouts take 24–48 hours up to five banking days depending on the method.
