Spin Casino Ontario at a Glance

Spin Casino Ontario is an AGCO-registered, iGaming Ontario-listed casino run by Cadtree Limited under licence OPIG1237906, with a C$10 minimum deposit, a C$50 minimum withdrawal, an iOS app and a full set of Ontario responsible-gambling tools. We score it 85/100, fourth among the nine regulated brands we review on our Ontario online casinos hub.

Everything below comes from the operator’s own Ontario pages (home, About Us, payment methods, FAQ, terms, responsible gaming, loyalty, mobile and games pages) and from iGaming Ontario’s regulated-site directory, all read on October 13, 2026. We did not open an account or move money, so where the site gives two different answers to the same question we show both and tell you which page said what.

The short version: this is a casino-only site with straightforward banking rules, a proper Ontario safety net and a mid-sized game lobby built mainly on Games Global, OnAir Entertainment and Pragmatic Play content.

Who Spin Casino Ontario Suits

It fits Ontario players who mainly spin slots and play a few live blackjack or roulette tables, use Interac or a Visa card, and like knowing the rules up front. The flat C$10 deposit floor across every method is simple, and the Visa withdrawal window quoted on the method card is among the quicker ones on the pages we compared.

It also suits iPhone users: the App Store listing is published under the operator’s own name, Cadtree Limited, so you know you are installing the regulated product rather than a look-alike.

Who Should Look Elsewhere

If you cash out small amounts often, the C$50 minimum withdrawal will annoy you — several Ontario rivals let you withdraw from C$5 or C$10. Players who rely on iDebit, Instadebit, PayPal or MuchBetter will not find them on the Ontario cashier pages. Sports bettors need a different brand, because there is no sportsbook here.

Pros:

  • Regulated by the AGCO, listed by iGaming Ontario
  • C$10 minimum deposit on every method
  • No maximum withdrawal cap stated
  • Visa withdrawals quoted at 1–24 hours
  • iOS app published by Cadtree Limited
  • Deposit, loss and session limits plus BetGuard

Cons:

  • C$50 minimum withdrawal
  • No Google Play listing; Android uses an APK
  • No phone line or support email on the Ontario pages
  • No published game count or full provider list
  • Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Paysafecard are deposit-only

Licence and Who Runs Spin Casino Ontario

Spin Casino Ontario is regulated in Ontario: the terms state it is licensed and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario under the Gaming Control Act, 1992, and operates under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. The operating company is Cadtree Limited (2031), registered in Alderney in the Bailiwick of Guernsey.

That matters in practice. On an Ontario-regulated site the operator has to follow the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming, including identity checks, responsible-gambling tools and a formal complaints route that ends with iGaming Ontario. You can read how the provincial framework works in our guide to whether online gambling is legal in Canada.

AGCO Registration and the OPIG Number

The footer on every Ontario page carries the licence reference OPIG1237906, issued 23 June 2022. OPIG numbers are the reference format used for Ontario internet-gaming operators. We did not cross-check the number on the AGCO’s registrant search, so treat the footer as the operator’s own statement.

Separately, iGaming Ontario’s directory of regulated sites lists Spin Casino under the operator Cadtree Limited, in the Casino category, with the URL spincasino.ca/ontario. That directory is the official place to confirm any Ontario site; you can open the iGaming Ontario regulated-market list yourself (it was marked accurate as of 2026-09-01 when we checked).

Cadtree Limited and Its Sister Sites

Cadtree Limited runs four brands on the iGO list: Spin Casino, Jackpot City, Royal Vegas and Ruby Fortune. They share the same terms framework, the same loyalty structure and much of the same cashier, so differences between them come down to small details — app availability, published contact channels and the exact wording of withdrawal times.

The terms describe Cadtree as part of a wider casino group. That group connection explains why the four sites read so alike, and why a self-exclusion with one does not automatically mean you are excluded from the others unless you also use BetGuard, Ontario’s central self-exclusion service (covered below).

Footer Wording Versus the Terms

Two small inconsistencies are worth knowing about. The footer says Cadtree is licensed under the “Ontario Gaming Commission”, while the terms correctly name the AGCO. The footer also calls Cadtree “Alderney registered” and the terms call it “Guernsey registered” — both are true, because Alderney is part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey.

Neither point changes the regulatory picture, but they show that some page text is template copy. One FAQ answer about source-of-wealth checks even cites Malta’s FIAU regulations, which do not apply to an Ontario site. When the FAQ and the terms disagree, the terms are the binding document — check them on the site before you rely on a detail.

Geolocation and the 19+ Rule

Clause 2.2 of the terms says the casino uses geolocation services and will block attempts to play that cannot be verified as coming from inside Ontario. You must be 19 or older and physically in the province when you play; an Ontario address alone is not enough if you are travelling. Winnings are credited in Canadian dollars (clause 7.7).

Complaints and Dispute Route

Clause 10.13 sets out a three-step route. It is more structured than the process on offshore sites, because the last step is the Ontario market’s own conduct-and-manage body.

🧭 Step📮 Where to go⏱️ Notes from the terms
1. Formal complaintcomplaints@playersupportcenter.caWithin 6 months of the issue; not within 1 week after a withdrawal
2. Independent ADReCOGRAYou need the Dispute Reference Number from step 1
3. Ontario escalationiGaming Ontario: igaming@igamingontario.ca, (416) 326-8283 or 1-833-554-4263The terms also list the AGCC (info@agcc.gg)

Keep your Dispute Reference Number and dated screenshots of any cashier messages; eCOGRA and iGO will ask for them.

Spin Casino Ontario Games

Spin Casino Ontario offers slots, progressive jackpots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, video poker, video bingo and live dealer tables and game shows. The About Us page speaks of “hundreds of thrilling casino titles” but gives no exact count, and the named studios are Games Global, OnAir Entertainment and Pragmatic Play.

The games page screenshot below shows how the lobby is grouped. Categories sit along the top, and featured titles are mixed with the newest releases rather than ordered by provider.

OtherVideo poker, video bingo, game showsSmaller sections

For a lobby of this size, the mix is sensible: enough breadth to cover the main game families, with live tables taken mostly from OnAir Entertainment.

Slots

Slots are the centre of gravity. Classic Games Global titles such as Thunderstruck II sit beside newer mechanics like the Power Combo series (Dark Waters Power Combo) and fire-themed releases such as 9 Masks of Fire. If you are new to how volatility, paylines and RTP interact, our online slots guide explains it with examples.

The site has a payout-percentages page, but the Ontario pages we read did not give per-game figures we could quote, so check each game’s information panel for its RTP before you play.

Progressive Jackpots

The jackpot section includes linked titles such as Amazing Link Zeus and Area Link Luck, and the About Us page says some progressives carry a minimum prize pool of a million or more. Mega Moolah is not named on the Ontario pages we read, so we cannot confirm it is available — look it up in the lobby search if it is the one you want.

Remember that a progressive jackpot’s headline figure is funded by a small share of every spin, so the base game usually returns a little less than a comparable non-jackpot slot. Play them for the entertainment of the chase, with a budget you have set in advance.

Live Casino

Live dealer tables and game shows are part of the offer, though /ontario/live-casino/ has no dedicated page — it simply serves the home content. Named live tables include Live Exclusive Blackjack 2, Live Private Blackjack 2 and Real Roulette hosted by Bailey, Matthew or Rishi. Our live casino guide covers etiquette, bet limits and how streaming tables work.

Blackjack

Blackjack comes in RNG and live forms, including the two private-table live variants above. Rules vary from table to table — number of decks, whether the dealer stands on soft 17, payouts for blackjack — so open the rules panel first. Our online blackjack guide shows why a 3:2 payout matters so much more than it looks.

Roulette

The games page lists American, European and French roulette. The difference is not cosmetic: single-zero European roulette has a house edge of 2.70%, while American roulette’s extra double-zero pocket raises it to about 5.26%. French roulette with La Partage on even-money bets can lower it further. Turbo Auto Roulette suits players who want quick rounds. Details are in our online roulette guide.

Baccarat, Video Poker and Video Bingo

Baccarat, video poker and video bingo round out the lobby. They are smaller sections, but useful if you like lower-complexity tables (baccarat) or skill-influenced RNG games (video poker, where the right hold strategy noticeably changes your return).

Game Providers

Three studios are named: Games Global (slots and RNG tables), OnAir Entertainment (live dealer) and Pragmatic Play (slots and more). The site does not publish a full provider list or count, so if you follow a specific studio, search the lobby by its name.

Pro Tip:
Use the lobby search rather than scrolling. Typing a studio name or a game series (for example “Power Combo”) is the quickest way to see what is actually available in the Ontario lobby, which can differ from versions of the brand in other markets.

No Sportsbook or Poker Room

Spin Casino Ontario is casino only. If you want sports betting under the same regulated umbrella, bet365, 888, Betway and Sports Interaction all run sportsbooks in Ontario.

Spin Casino Ontario Payments

Spin Casino Ontario takes deposits by Interac, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Paysafecard, all from C$10, and pays out by Interac, Visa and eCheck from a C$50 minimum with no stated maximum. The payment-methods page lists each method on its own card with the direction it supports and a typical withdrawal time.

Interac and Visa are the only two methods that clearly work in both directions, so pick one of them for your first deposit if you want the simplest route back to your bank.

The second payment-methods screenshot shows the lower part of the page, where eCheck and the withdrawal-only section appear. It is also where most of the conflicting statements we found sit.

Spin Casino Ontario payment methods more page (October 2026)

Deposits From C$10

The payments page states that “the minimum deposit for all methods is $10”. That uniform floor is easier to follow than method-by-method minimums. Interac is the default choice for most Ontario players; our Interac casino guide explains Interac e-Transfer and Interac Online and why some banks handle them differently.

Card deposits are accepted with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Some Canadian banks block gambling transactions on credit cards, so a declined card is often a bank decision rather than a casino problem — see our credit card casino page. Apple Pay works for deposits only, and Paysafecard is named in the text for prepaid deposits (more on that below; our Paysafecard guide covers how vouchers work).

Withdrawals From C$50, No Maximum Cap Stated

The site says: “There are no restrictions on the maximum withdrawal amount, as long as your withdrawal request exceeds the minimum limit of $50.” No stated cap is a genuine plus, because many sites limit large wins per week or month. The C$50 floor is the trade-off: if your balance is C$45, you either keep playing or wait.

Withdrawals go back by Interac, Visa or eCheck. If you deposited with a deposit-only method such as Apple Pay or Paysafecard, expect the cashier to route your payout to one of those three, and expect to prove you own the account it lands in (clause 7.1 lists proof of ownership of the payment method among verification documents).

Pending Period and Weekend Processing

Clause 7.8 of the terms describes a rolling 24-hour pending period and says withdrawals are not processed at weekends. At the same time, the site promotes “Fast Withdrawals”, stating that the old 48-hour reversal period has been removed and that Interac is usually the quickest route.

Our reading: the 48-hour reversal window has gone, but a review period of up to a day, and no weekend processing, still apply under the terms. A withdrawal requested on a Friday evening may therefore not move until Monday.

Withdrawal Times: Three Different Answers

The site gives three sets of withdrawal times on three pages, so here they are side by side. We cannot tell you which one your payout will follow — that depends on the method, verification status and the day you ask.

📄 Page⏱️ What it says
Payment-method cardsVisa 1–24 hours; Interac 1–3 business days; eCheck 1–3 business days
FAQWeb wallets 24–48 hours; other methods 3–7 business days
Home page2–7 business days depending on the option
Terms, clause 7.8Rolling 24-hour pending period; no weekend processing
Fast Withdrawals noteNo 48-hour reversal period; Interac usually quickest

The method cards are the most specific, but the FAQ and home page set more cautious expectations; plan around the longer figures and treat anything faster as a bonus.

Pro Tip:
If you need money back by a specific date, request the withdrawal early in the week, make sure your ID and proof of address are already approved, and use the same Interac or Visa method you deposited with. Each of those removes a common cause of delay.

The eCheck and Paysafecard Questions

Two cashier details do not line up. The eCheck method card ticks both deposit and withdrawal, but the page text lists eCheck under “Available for Withdrawals Only”. Paysafecard is named in the text yet has no method card of its own. Confirm both in the cashier after you log in before you plan around them.

Methods You Will Not Find Here

The Ontario payment pages do not offer iDebit, Instadebit, PayPal or MuchBetter, and there is no cryptocurrency. If you prefer those, Betway Ontario lists iDebit, Instadebit and MuchBetter, and bet365 Ontario takes PayPal. Our Canadian casino payments hub compares the methods in general terms.

A Worked Example

Say you deposit C$40 by Interac and finish a session with C$120. You can request the full C$120, since it is above the C$50 minimum. Requested on a Tuesday, it passes the up-to-24-hour pending period and then the 1–3 business days the Interac card quotes — most likely in your account by Thursday or Friday. Requested on a Saturday, the clock effectively starts on Monday.

Had you finished with C$45, you could not withdraw at all until your balance reached C$50. That is why we count the C$50 floor as the main weakness of this cashier for casual players.

Spin Casino Ontario Mobile App

Spin Casino Ontario has a native iOS app on the Canadian App Store, an Android APK offered from the site rather than Google Play, and full browser play with no download. Pick whichever suits your phone; the account and balance are the same.

iPhone and iPad App

The App Store listing is titled “Spin Casino Real Money Slots” and the seller is Cadtree Limited, the same company that holds the Ontario registration. Checking the seller name is the simplest way to avoid unofficial look-alikes. The Ontario pages themselves did not link directly to the listing; we found it through an App Store search.

Android: APK, Not Google Play

The home page tells Android users to visit the app page and open the casino APK file. We found no Google Play listing under Cadtree Limited. Installing an APK means allowing installs from that source in your phone settings, which some players are not comfortable with. If you prefer Play Store apps, Jackpot City Ontario, from the same operator, has one.

Browser Play Without a Download

The FAQ confirms you can play in the browser with no download. For most players this is the easiest option: nothing to install, the same lobby and cashier, and geolocation still runs as on the app. Our mobile casino guide compares apps and browser play in more detail.

Pro Tip:
Turn on location services for your browser or the app before you log in. Ontario sites must confirm you are inside the province, and a blocked location request is the most common reason a game will not load on mobile.

Account Sign-Up and Verification

You must verify your identity before you can deposit or play at Spin Casino Ontario. The terms tie this to the AGCO Registrar’s Standards, iGO’s policies and FINTRAC requirements, so it is not optional and cannot be postponed until your first withdrawal.

  1. Open the Ontario site at spincasino.ca/ontario and choose to register, from inside Ontario.
  2. Enter your details exactly as they appear on your government ID, including your full legal name and address.
  3. Allow geolocation so the site can confirm you are in the province.
  4. Upload documents under Profile > My Documents: government-issued photo ID and proof of address (files under 10MB).
  5. Set your limits — the responsible-gambling tools are offered during login, so this is the natural moment.
  6. Make your first deposit from C$10, ideally with Interac or Visa so withdrawals can return the same way.

Clear photos with all four corners visible are the fastest way through. Blurry scans and documents that do not match the name on the account are the usual cause of delays.

Documents You Need

The FAQ asks for a government-issued ID and proof of address. The terms (clause 7.1) add proof of ownership of the payment method you use — for example, a card photo with the middle digits covered or a bank statement showing your name.

Two-Step Verification

The site offers optional Two-Step Verification with a one-time passcode. We suggest switching it on: a casino account holds money and personal documents, and a second factor makes it much harder for anyone else to get in.

Source of Funds and Source of Wealth Checks

Clause 7.8.1 says the casino may ask for source of funds or source of wealth information. These checks are standard under Canadian anti-money-laundering rules and are more likely as deposits grow. Payslips, bank statements or similar records are typical; answering promptly keeps withdrawals moving.

Customer Support

Spin Casino Ontario offers 24/7 live chat. The site mentions “live help and email services”, but no support email address or phone number is published on the Ontario pages we read, so live chat is the channel you can count on.

Live Chat

The About Us and FAQ pages describe round-the-clock support via live chat. For account questions — a pending withdrawal, a document upload, a limit change — chat is the quickest route, and you can ask the agent to confirm in writing anything that matters, such as the expected payout date.

Languages

The site runs in English and French (the French version sits at /ontario/fr/), which is useful for francophone Ontarians who prefer to read terms in French.

When Chat Is Not Enough

For a formal complaint, the terms point you to complaints@playersupportcenter.ca, then eCOGRA, then iGaming Ontario, as set out in the licence section above. Sister site Jackpot City publishes a toll-free phone line and an email address, so if phone support matters to you, that is the Cadtree brand to choose.

Responsible Gambling Tools

Spin Casino Ontario provides deposit, loss and session limits, time-outs from 24 hours to 3 months, self-exclusion from 6 to 12 months, and BetGuard, Ontario’s central self-exclusion. The header shows the 19+ notice, “Please Play Responsibly” and ConnexOntario’s number on every page.

The screenshot below shows the limits tab of the responsible-gaming page, where each limit type is explained with its reset rules.

BetGuardOntario central self-exclusion: BetGuard.ca / 1-833-776-7171
Self Test9-question self-assessment
Underage protectionNet Nanny and Bet Blocker suggested as parental controls

This is a complete toolkit by Ontario standards; the important part is to set limits before you need them.

Deposit, Loss and Session Limits

The three limit types do different jobs. A deposit limit caps how much new money goes in; a loss limit caps net losses on cash credits; a session limit caps time. Lowering a limit is immediate, while raising one waits 24 hours — a cooling-off delay designed to stop decisions made in the heat of a session. Note that the site calculates limit periods in GMT+2, so “midnight” may not be your local midnight.

Time-Outs and Self-Exclusion

A Temporary Exclusion runs from 24 hours to 3 months and ends automatically. Permanent Exclusion lasts at least six months and up to twelve, and returning is reviewed by Support. Both apply to this site; to cover every regulated Ontario site at once, use BetGuard.

BetGuard: Ontario-Wide Self-Exclusion

BetGuard is iGaming Ontario’s centralised self-exclusion programme, referenced in clauses 1.3.3 and 6.5 of the terms. Signing up at BetGuard.ca or by calling 1-833-776-7171 applies across participating regulated operators, which is far stronger than excluding brand by brand — especially relevant here, where four Cadtree sites look almost identical.

Where to Get Help in Ontario

If gambling stops being fun, call ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600, free and confidential, or visit the Responsible Gambling Council at responsiblegambling.org. Our responsible gambling page lists warning signs and practical steps, and the site’s 9-question Self Test is a quick private check.

Spin Casino Loyalty Club

Spin Casino Ontario runs a Loyalty Club with six levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Privé, the last by invitation only. Points are earned through real-money play; the loyalty page explains the details to registered players, and the club charges no fees.

Spin Casino Ontario loyalty club page (October 2026)

How the Six Levels Work

Higher levels unlock faster point accrual and member-only competitions, according to the loyalty page. Points can expire, so check the expiry rules in your account. Under Ontario’s Registrar’s Standards we do not quote reward values here; they are shown to logged-in players on the operator’s site.

Promotions After You Log In

Ontario rules restrict public advertising of offers. Promotions, if any, are shown to players once they are logged in on the operator’s site, with their full terms. Read those terms carefully and only take part if the conditions suit how you already play — never deposit more because of an offer.

How Spin Casino Compares With Other Ontario Sites

Spin Casino sits in the middle of the regulated Ontario pack: stronger than most on clarity of deposit rules and no withdrawal cap, weaker than the leaders on minimum withdrawal and payment variety. Here is how it lines up with the other eight brands we review, using each operator’s own Ontario pages.

A dash means the operator’s Ontario pages we read did not state the figure. Full context for each brand is on our Ontario casino hub.

Spin Casino vs Jackpot City

Same operator, same terms framework, same six-level loyalty structure. Jackpot City pulls ahead on contact channels and Android: it publishes a toll-free number and an email, and has a Google Play app. Spin Casino’s advantages are the published Visa 1–24 hour withdrawal window and the explicit “no maximum withdrawal” statement.

Spin Casino vs Royal Vegas and Ruby Fortune

The other two Cadtree brands are close cousins. Royal Vegas describes a standard 24-hour pending period followed by 1–3 business days for Visa, Interac and eCheck, and also offers an APK for Android. Ruby Fortune holds withdrawals at least 24 hours with no weekend processing. Spin Casino’s clearer withdrawal floor-and-ceiling statement is why it ranks above both.

Spin Casino vs bet365

bet365 is our top Ontario pick. It aims to process withdrawals within two hours, quotes 1–4 hours for Interac, cards and PayPal, accepts PayPal and has a C$10 minimum withdrawal. If speed and low cash-out floors matter most, bet365 is the stronger choice; Spin Casino is simpler if you only want a casino.

Spin Casino vs 888 Casino

888 lets you withdraw from C$5, offers MuchBetter, and publishes a toll-free phone line alongside live chat. Its total Interac payout window is quoted at 2–4 business days, including a one-business-day processing step. Spin Casino’s Visa card window is faster on paper, but 888 is friendlier for small balances.

Spin Casino vs Betway

Betway is the pick for e-wallet and bank-debit fans, with iDebit, Instadebit, MuchBetter and Paysafecard listed, but it describes a pending period of up to 72 hours. Spin Casino’s 24-hour pending window is shorter, and its deposit floor is clearer.

Spin Casino vs Royal Panda and Sports Interaction

Royal Panda processes Interac through Gigadat and adds Google Pay; its terms aim for payouts within 24 hours and guarantee processing within five working days. Sports Interaction suits bettors, with a full sportsbook and Visa Fast Funds payouts typically within five hours after review. Neither offers Spin Casino’s flat C$10 deposit rule across all methods.

Best for iPhone Players Who Want Simple Banking: Spin Casino

If you play on an iPhone, deposit by Interac or Visa and rarely cash out under C$50, Spin Casino Ontario gives you a native app from the licensed operator, one deposit floor for every method and no stated withdrawal cap.

Spin Casino Ontario Rating by Dimension

Spin Casino Ontario scores 85/100 overall. We weigh six dimensions using the method described on our how we rate page; the table shows each score and the main reason behind it.

The two 92s reflect what the Ontario framework adds; the lower scores point to where Spin Casino could improve within it.

What Would Raise the Score

Three changes would move Spin Casino up our Ontario table: a lower minimum withdrawal, one consistent set of withdrawal times across the cashier, FAQ and home page, and a Google Play app or published phone line, as its sister site Jackpot City already offers.

Is Spin Casino Ontario Worth It in 2026?

85
/100

Spin Casino Ontario is worth it if you want a straightforward, regulated casino and you play mainly slots and a handful of live blackjack or roulette tables. The foundations are solid: Cadtree Limited operates it under AGCO registration OPIG1237906 and an iGaming Ontario agreement, the complaints route ends with iGO, and the safer-play toolkit covers deposit, loss and session limits, time-outs, self-exclusion and BetGuard. Banking is easy to understand — C$10 minimum deposits on every method, Interac and Visa both ways, and no stated maximum withdrawal.

It is less suited to players who cash out small amounts, because the C$50 minimum withdrawal is higher than at bet365, 888 or Betway. Android users get an APK rather than a Play Store app, phone and email support are not published, and the site gives three different sets of withdrawal times, so plan around the longer ones. If those trade-offs do not bother you, Spin Casino earns its 85/100 and fourth place among our Ontario reviews. Play only if you are 19+ and in Ontario, set limits first, and treat gambling as paid entertainment.

Before a review is published he confirms which provinces a casino is actually permitted to serve, and checks bonus terms, payment methods and withdrawal limits in CAD against the operator’s own pages.
