Jackpot City Casino Ontario at a Glance
Jackpot City Casino Ontario is a fully regulated Ontario site: it is run by Cadtree Limited, registered with the AGCO under licence number OPIG1236392 and listed by iGaming Ontario. It pairs a Games Global and Pragmatic Play lobby with native iOS and Android apps, a toll-free phone line and a complete set of Ontario responsible-gambling tools.
We read Jackpot City’s Ontario home page, terms and conditions, payments page, FAQ, responsible-gaming tabs, mobile, games, live casino and loyalty pages on October 13, 2026, and checked the brand against the iGaming Ontario directory the same day. We did not open a real-money account, so every fact below comes from the operator’s published pages and the screenshots we captured.
Our score is 86/100, which places it third among the Ontario casinos we review, behind bet365 and 888 Casino. The reasons are simple: strong licensing transparency, one of the fastest quoted card payouts in the province and a long track record, held back by a narrower cashier than the market leaders and a few inconsistencies between its marketing pages and its terms.

Quick Verdict
A long-running, well-documented Ontario casino with a clean licence trail, fast Visa payouts and proper apps. The cashier is short on e-wallets, and some pages contradict the terms.

Slot and live-dealer players in Ontario who bank with Interac or a Visa card, want an app on either phone platform and value being able to call a Canadian toll-free number.

- No sportsbook on the Ontario site
Is Jackpot City Legal in Ontario? Licence and Operator
Yes. Jackpot City’s Ontario site is licensed and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and operates under an agreement with iGaming Ontario, which makes it one of the legal, regulated options for adults in the province. That is the opposite of the offshore sites many Canadians see advertised: here, a provincial regulator sets the rules and can step in when something goes wrong.
If you want the wider legal picture — who regulates what in each province and why Ontario is different — our guide to whether online gambling is legal in Canada covers it, and our Ontario online casinos hub lists every regulated brand we have reviewed.
AGCO Registration and the iGO Agreement
Ontario’s regulated iGaming market opened on April 4, 2022. Two bodies matter: the AGCO registers operators and enforces the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming, while iGaming Ontario (iGO) conducts and manages the market through operating agreements with each company.
Jackpot City’s terms say exactly that: the casino “is licensed and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) under the provisions of the Gaming Control Act, 1992” and “is governed by the terms of its agreement with Internet Gaming Ontario (iGO)”. The footer on every page gives the licence number OPIG1236392, issued on June 23, 2022 — less than three months after the market launched.
Who Runs Jackpot City Ontario
The operating company is Cadtree Limited (2031), with its registered address at La Corvee House, La Corvee, Alderney GY9 3TQ. The same company holds the Ontario agreements for three sister brands we also review: Spin Casino, Royal Vegas and Ruby Fortune.
That matters in practice. The four sites share the same terms framework, the same type of payments page and a near-identical loyalty structure, so if you already know one of them, Jackpot City will feel familiar. Payment processing is handled by Digiprocessing Limited (Guernsey) and Huron Inc (Toronto), according to clause 7.10 of the terms.
Sister Sites on the iGaming Ontario List
When we filtered the official iGaming Ontario regulated-sites directory by operator, Cadtree Limited showed four casino brands: Jackpot City, Royal Vegas, Ruby Fortune and Spin Casino. iGO says its list was “accurate as of 2026-09-01” and covers 84 websites in total. Jackpot City’s listed address is jackpotcity.ca/ontario.
Pro Tip:
Before you sign up anywhere, check the URL in your browser against the iGO directory. Jackpot City Ontario lives under jackpotcity.ca/ontario/; a different domain or path is not the regulated Ontario site.
Wording Differences in the Footer and Terms
Two small inconsistencies are worth knowing, even though neither changes the regulatory picture. The footer says the company is “licensed under the Ontario Gaming Commission”, which is not the regulator’s official name; the terms correctly name the AGCO. The footer also calls Cadtree “Alderney registered” while the terms say “Guernsey registered” — Alderney is part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, so both descriptions can be true at once.
We could not cross-check the licence number against the AGCO’s own registrant search during our visit, so treat the iGO listing as the primary confirmation. If you want to double-check, the AGCO and iGO sites are the authorities, not the casino.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Clause 10.13 of the terms sets out a three-step route. First, a formal complaint by email to complaints@playersupportcenter.ca within six months of the issue. Second, eCOGRA as the independent dispute-resolution service, which needs a Dispute Reference Number from the casino. Third, iGaming Ontario itself, reachable at igaming@igamingontario.ca, (416) 326-8283 or 1-833-554-4263.
The terms also mention the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC, info@agcc.gg) as an escalation point, which is unusual for an Ontario site. For an Ontario player, the iGO and AGCO channels are the ones that matter. One more term: you cannot raise a complaint within one week after a withdrawal, so give a payout time to land before escalating.
| 🏛️ Item | 📄 What Jackpot City Ontario States |
|---|---|
| Regulator | Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) |
| Market operator | iGaming Ontario (operating agreement) |
| Licence | OPIG1236392, issued June 23, 2022 |
| Company | Cadtree Limited (2031), Alderney (Bailiwick of Guernsey) |
| Sister Ontario brands | Spin Casino, Royal Vegas, Ruby Fortune |
| First complaint step | complaints@playersupportcenter.ca, within 6 months |
| Independent ADR | eCOGRA (Dispute Reference Number required) |
| Regulator escalation | iGO: igaming@igamingontario.ca, 1-833-554-4263 |
In short, the licence trail is clear and verifiable, and Ontario players have a provincial body to turn to if a dispute with the operator stalls.
Jackpot City Ontario Games: Slots, Jackpots and Live
Jackpot City Ontario offers slots, progressive and daily jackpots, live dealer tables, RNG blackjack, roulette and baccarat, video poker, video bingo and variety games, with Games Global, Apricot, Pragmatic Play, OnAir Entertainment and Playtech named as suppliers. The home page claims more than 1,000 titles.
Slots and Software Providers
Slots are the core of the lobby. The casino games page names Apricot and Playtech for slots and RNG tables, and the home page features well-known Games Global titles such as Thunderstruck II, Immortal Romance and 9 Masks of Fire, alongside Pragmatic Play’s Big Bass Bonanza and the Ontario-flavoured Toronto Maple Leafs Rising Rewards.
That mix is typical of the Cadtree group: a Games Global backbone with a smaller selection from other studios. If you mainly play big-brand slots you will find them; if you chase niche studios, a broader lobby such as Royal Panda, which lists around 30 providers, may suit you better. Our online slots guide explains volatility and RTP if you are comparing titles.
Jackpot Slots and Daily Jackpots
Jackpots get their own category. The About page showed Gold Factory Jackpots Maple Moolah with a jackpot of $1,512,711.10 when we visited — a figure that changes constantly. Amazing Link Zeus and the Mega Millionaire Wheel also appear on the Ontario pages.
One point for fans of the classic Moolah series: the Ontario pages we read do not name Mega Moolah itself; the Moolah-branded title shown is Maple Moolah. If a specific progressive matters to you, search for it in the lobby before depositing.
Watch out:
Progressive jackpots usually have a lower base return than regular slots, because part of every bet feeds the prize pool. Treat them as a lottery-style extra, not as your main game, and set a budget before you start.
Exclusive Slot: Jackpot City Gold Blitz
The one game you will not find under this name elsewhere is Jackpot City Gold Blitz, an exclusive Games Global slot with three jackpot tiers. Exclusives are a small detail, but they show that the brand has enough weight with its main supplier to get its own content.
Live Casino Tables
The live casino runs on OnAir Entertainment and Pragmatic Play studios and covers blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows. Named tables on the Ontario pages include Live Exclusive Roulette, ONE Blackjack, LC Sweet Bonanza Candy Land and Fortune Finder with Sarati.

The live casino screenshot above shows how the page groups tables by game type, with branded roulette and blackjack tiles at the top. There is no Evolution-branded lobby on Jackpot City’s pages, which is the main difference from the live sections at bet365 or Royal Panda; OnAir’s tables, however, are built for the North American market. Our live casino guide explains how live game shows and dealer tables work.
Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat
Outside the live studio, RNG versions of the three classic table games sit in their own categories. Blackjack fans should check the rules panel on each table — the number of decks and whether the dealer stands on soft 17 change the house edge more than most players expect. Our online blackjack guide covers basic strategy.
For roulette, look for single-zero (European) tables: the house edge is 2.70%, against 5.26% on double-zero American wheels. Our online roulette guide explains the difference, and the baccarat guide covers why the banker bet carries a commission.
Video Poker, Video Bingo and Variety Games
Smaller categories round out the lobby: video poker, video bingo and a “variety” shelf for scratch-style and arcade-type games. They are useful for a change of pace, and video poker in particular rewards players who learn the correct holding strategy for each variant.
How Many Games? Two Different Numbers
The home page says “1000+ online casino games”, while the FAQ talks about “hundreds of casino games”. Neither page gives a provider count. The honest reading is that the library is mid-sized for Ontario: larger than some sister sites, smaller than bet365’s 2,559-game lobby. Check the lobby for your favourite titles rather than relying on the headline number.
| 🎮 Category | 🏷️ Examples on the Ontario Pages | 🧩 Suppliers Named |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | Thunderstruck II, Immortal Romance, 9 Masks of Fire, Big Bass Bonanza | Games Global, Apricot, Playtech, Pragmatic Play |
| Jackpots | Gold Factory Jackpots Maple Moolah, Amazing Link Zeus, Mega Millionaire Wheel | Games Global |
| Exclusive | Jackpot City Gold Blitz (3 jackpots) | Games Global |
| Live casino | Live Exclusive Roulette, ONE Blackjack, LC Sweet Bonanza Candy Land | OnAir Entertainment, Pragmatic Play |
| RNG tables | Blackjack, roulette, baccarat | Apricot, Playtech |
| Other | Video poker, video bingo, variety games | — |
The table shows that Jackpot City leans on a handful of large suppliers rather than dozens of boutique studios — fine for mainstream players, limiting for collectors of niche slots.
Does Jackpot City Ontario Have a Sportsbook?
No. Jackpot City’s Ontario site is casino-only: there is no sportsbook and no poker room on the pages we read. The home page does show a band with Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors and Toronto FC logos under “Official Online Casino Partner”, but that is an image only and the pages do not describe the partnership in text.
If you want casino games and sports betting under one account, bet365, 888 Casino, Betway and Sports Interaction all run sportsbooks in Ontario — see the comparison section further down.
Jackpot City Ontario Payments and Withdrawals
Jackpot City Ontario accepts Interac Online, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay for deposits from C$10, and pays out through Interac, Visa and eCheck. Visa withdrawals are quoted at 1–24 hours and Interac and eCheck at 1–3 business days, all in Canadian dollars.
The cashier is solid for anyone who banks with a big Canadian institution, but it is narrower than the market leaders’. Below we go through each method, the processing times the operator publishes, the pending-period conflict in its own documents, and what is missing.
Deposit Methods
Five methods take deposits. The payments page says the minimum “generally starts from CA$10” and can vary by method, and deposits land in C$ — clause 7.7 of the terms confirms that winnings are also credited in Canadian dollars, so there is no currency conversion to worry about.

The payments page screenshot above shows the method cards with deposit and withdrawal ticks. Interac Online and Visa carry both ticks; Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay carry the deposit tick only. If you are deciding between Interac and a card, our Interac casinos guide and credit card casinos guide explain the trade-offs.
Withdrawal Methods and Times
Three methods pay out. Visa is the quickest at 1–24 hours, according to the method card; Interac Online and eCheck take 1–3 business days. eCheck is withdrawal-only, so it works as a fallback if you deposited with a method that cannot receive money.
This is the key practical point: if you fund your account with Mastercard, Amex or Apple Pay, your winnings have to come back another way — usually Interac, Visa or eCheck. Set that up early, ideally before your first withdrawal request, so verification of the new method does not slow you down.
| 💳 Method | ⬇️ Deposit | ⬆️ Withdrawal | ⏱️ Withdrawal Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Interac Online | Yes, from C$10 | Yes | 1–3 business days |
| Visa | Yes, from C$10 | Yes | 1–24 hours |
| Mastercard | Yes, from C$10 | No | — |
| American Express | Yes, from C$10 | No | — |
| Apple Pay | Yes, from C$10 | No | — |
| eCheck | No | Yes | 1–3 business days |
The table mirrors the method cards on the Ontario payments page in October 2026; the full list is only visible in the logged-in Bank tab, so check there before relying on a method.
Pending Periods: What the Pages Say
Here the operator’s documents disagree, and you should know both versions. The payments page advertises Fast Withdrawals: “The previous 48-hour reversal period has been removed, so funds are released once approved”, and the payments FAQ says withdrawals are processed over weekends.
Clause 7.8 of the terms, however, still describes a rolling 24-hour pending period and says there is “no withdrawal processing over weekends”. The same clause appears in the terms of sister site Spin Casino. Until the two are aligned, plan for the more cautious reading — a request made on a Friday evening may not move until Monday — and confirm the current rule with support or in the cashier.
Pro Tip:
Request withdrawals early in the week and make sure your KYC documents are approved first. Most payout delays at regulated sites come from verification and weekend queues, not from the payment method itself.
Fees and Limits
The payments page says Jackpot City “does not charge internal fees, but some online banking casino providers may apply service costs”. Clause 7.4 of the terms adds that “there may be charges incurred for withdrawals”, so check your bank’s own fees, particularly on card transactions.
On limits, the page says only that “withdrawal limits vary by casino payment method and account status”. In practice, your cashier will show the minimum and maximum for each method once you are logged in.
Methods Missing from the Ontario Page
Several methods popular with Canadian players do not appear on the Ontario payments page: PayPal, iDebit, Instadebit, MuchBetter and Paysafecard. There are also no cryptocurrencies — which is normal for the regulated Ontario market.

The second payments screenshot, above, shows the lower part of the method list, ending with eCheck. If PayPal matters to you, bet365 lists it in Ontario (see our PayPal casinos guide); for Instadebit and iDebit, Betway is the Ontario option (Instadebit casinos); MuchBetter is listed at 888 Casino and Betway (MuchBetter casinos); and Paysafecard deposits work at Spin Casino and several others (Paysafecard casinos).
A Worked Example: Getting C$300 Out
Say you deposit C$50 with Apple Pay and later want to cash out C$300. Apple Pay cannot receive the money, so you choose Visa or Interac. With Visa, the method card quotes 1–24 hours once the request is approved; with Interac, 1–3 business days. If the 24-hour pending period in the terms applies and you ask on a Saturday, the realistic window stretches to Monday or Tuesday for Visa and up to the end of the week for Interac.
The lesson: the method you deposit with shapes how fast you get paid. Interac or Visa in, Visa out is the quickest route on the published figures. Our payments hub compares methods across Canadian casinos.
| ⚡ Route | 📥 Deposit | 📤 Withdrawal | 🕒 Quoted Time After Approval |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fastest | Visa or Interac | Visa | 1–24 hours |
| Bank-based | Interac | Interac | 1–3 business days |
| Card-only depositors | Mastercard / Amex / Apple Pay | Visa, Interac or eCheck | 1–24 hours to 3 business days |
| Fallback | Any | eCheck | 1–3 business days |
These times are the operator’s own quotes and start only after any pending period and verification checks have cleared.
Jackpot City Ontario App for iOS and Android
Jackpot City Ontario has native apps on both the App Store and Google Play, both published by Cadtree Limited — the same company that holds the Ontario licence. That is a real advantage: not every Ontario brand offers an Android app through Google Play.

The mobile casino page in the screenshot above shows the app download buttons and a QR code. We followed both store buttons from the Ontario home page to confirm where they lead; our mobile casinos guide covers what to look for in a casino app more generally.
iOS App
The iPhone and iPad app is listed on the Canadian App Store as Jackpot City Real Money Casino (app ID 1620306376), with Cadtree Limited as the seller. Because the seller name matches the AGCO registrant, you can be confident you are downloading the regulated Ontario product.
Android App
On Android, the Google Play listing is Jackpot City: Online Casino, again with Cadtree Limited as developer. Installing through Google Play means updates arrive automatically, and you do not need to allow installs from unknown sources.
Browser Play and QR Code
If you prefer not to install anything, the Ontario site also runs in a mobile browser. The QR code on the mobile casino page is simply a shortcut to the right store from a desktop screen. Either way, location checks still apply: the app and browser site need to confirm you are inside Ontario before you can play.
Pro Tip:
Allow location access when the app asks. Ontario rules require the operator to verify that you are physically in the province, and refusing the prompt is the most common reason a game will not load.
Signing Up and Verifying Your Account
Opening a Jackpot City Ontario account takes a few minutes, but identity verification happens at registration, not when you first withdraw. Clause 7.4 of the terms explains why: the AGCO’s Registrar’s Standards, iGO policies and FINTRAC rules require the casino to verify every player’s identity up front.
How to Open an Account
- Go to the Ontario site — jackpotcity.ca/ontario/ or the app from the official store listing.
- Register with your name, date of birth, address and contact details; you must be 19 or older.
- Allow geolocation so the site can confirm you are in Ontario.
- Verify your identity with a government photo ID and proof of address, usually through the live Jumio check.
- Set your limits — deposit, loss and session limits are available from the start.
- Make a first deposit from C$10 with Interac, a card or Apple Pay.
Documents You Need
The FAQ asks for a government-issued photo ID and a proof of address no older than six months, such as a utility bill or bank statement. Clause 7.1 adds that the casino can ask for proof that you own the payment method you use, and clause 7.8.1 allows it to request source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information.
| 🪪 Check | 📑 What You Provide | ⏳ Typical Timing (FAQ) |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Government-issued photo ID | Live Jumio check — usually instant |
| Address | Document no older than 6 months | Manual review: a few hours, up to a day |
| Payment ownership | Proof the card or account is yours | On request |
| Source of funds/wealth | Statements or similar evidence | On request (larger activity) |
| Location | Geolocation on your device | Every session |
Most players only meet the first two rows; the others are standard anti-money-laundering checks that any regulated Ontario operator can trigger.
Geolocation Rules
Clause 2.2 says the casino uses geolocation services and “will seek to block attempts to use the Services that cannot be verified as originating from within Ontario”. If you travel outside the province, you can still log in to manage your account, but you cannot play for real money until you are back in Ontario.
Two-Step Verification
The FAQ describes an optional two-step verification with a one-time password sent by SMS or email. It takes a few seconds per login and is worth switching on, because a casino account holds both money and personal documents.
Jackpot City Ontario Customer Support
Support is available 24/7 by live chat, by email at jackpotcity@playersupportcentre.ca and by toll-free phone at 1 888 378 1328. A free phone line is less common than it should be among Ontario casinos, and it is one of Jackpot City’s clearest strengths.
Live Chat
Live chat is the quickest route for account questions, cashier issues or limit changes. The FAQ describes around-the-clock availability, which suits evening players who run into a problem after office hours.
Toll-Free Phone
The FAQ gives the number 1 888 378 1328 as toll-free in Canada. For anything involving money or verification, a phone call can be easier than typing, and it is also a reassuring sign of a locally focused operation.
Email and Complaints
Use email for anything you want in writing, such as a disputed transaction. Formal complaints go to a separate address, complaints@playersupportcenter.ca, as described in the licence section above.
A Note on the Help Centre
When we opened help.jackpotcity.ca from our session, it showed the international help centre rather than the Ontario one, so we did not use it as a source. Ontario players should rely on the FAQ under jackpotcity.ca/ontario/ and the contacts above.
| 📞 Channel | 📍 Contact | 🕐 Availability |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat | On the Ontario site and app | 24/7 |
| Phone | 1 888 378 1328 (toll-free in Canada) | Listed in the FAQ |
| jackpotcity@playersupportcentre.ca | Any time | |
| Complaints | complaints@playersupportcenter.ca | Within 6 months of the issue |
| Language | English and French site | — |
Three direct channels plus a separate complaints address put Jackpot City among the better-supported Ontario casinos.
Responsible Gambling Tools at Jackpot City Ontario
Jackpot City Ontario offers the full Ontario toolkit: deposit, loss and session limits, time-outs from 24 hours to three months, self-exclusion for six to twelve months, BetGuard central self-exclusion, a self-assessment test and links to ConnexOntario. Gambling should stay a form of paid entertainment, and these tools exist to keep it that way.
Our responsible gambling guide explains how to choose sensible limits and spot the early warning signs. Below is what Jackpot City specifically offers, based on all the tabs of its responsible-gaming page.
Deposit, Loss and Session Limits
You can set a deposit limit for a chosen period, a loss limit (daily, weekly or monthly, counting cash credits only and resetting at midnight) and a session limit on time played (daily, weekly or monthly). Lowering a limit takes effect straight away; any increase is subject to a 24-hour delay, so you cannot raise a limit in the heat of a session.

The responsible-gaming screenshot above shows the limits tab with the three limit types. One detail to note: the page says limit changes are calculated in GMT+2, which is six or seven hours ahead of Toronto, so a “daily” limit resets in the late afternoon or early evening Ontario time rather than at local midnight.
Pro Tip:
Set a deposit limit before your first deposit, not after a losing night. A limit chosen with a clear head is far easier to live with than one chosen in frustration.
Time-Outs and Self-Exclusion
A Temporary Exclusion (time-out) blocks your account for anything from 24 hours to three months, then reactivates automatically. Permanent Exclusion, despite its name, is a self-exclusion for a minimum of six months and up to twelve months; returning afterwards is reviewed by support rather than automatic.
The home page also says the casino may contact you if you log in during a self-exclusion or hit or raise your limits, and that you can view 12 months of transaction and gaming history — a useful way to see exactly how much time and money you have spent.
BetGuard Central Self-Exclusion
Clauses 1.3.3 and 6.5 of the terms refer to BetGuard, iGaming Ontario’s central self-exclusion service (BetGuard.ca, 1-833-776-7171). Unlike a single-site exclusion, BetGuard is designed to cover regulated Ontario operators together, which closes the gap of simply opening an account at a sister site.
Self-Test and Parental Controls
A nine-question self-test helps you check whether your play is still under control. The underage-gaming tab recommends Net Nanny and Bet Blocker for parents who want to block gambling sites on shared devices — a sensible step in any household with teenagers.
Where to Get Help in Ontario
The site header shows BetGuard, iGaming Ontario, a 19+ “Please Play Responsibly” message and ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600, a free, confidential helpline available to anyone in the province. The responsible-gaming page also links to the Responsible Gambling Council (responsiblegambling.org).
| 🛡️ Tool | ⚙️ How It Works at Jackpot City Ontario |
|---|---|
| Deposit limit | Set an amount over a chosen period; increases wait 24 hours |
| Loss limit | Daily, weekly or monthly; cash credits only; resets at midnight (GMT+2) |
| Session limit | Daily, weekly or monthly time limit |
| Time-out | 24 hours to 3 months, automatic reactivation |
| Self-exclusion | 6 to 12 months; return reviewed by support |
| BetGuard | Central Ontario self-exclusion — BetGuard.ca, 1-833-776-7171 |
| Self-test | 9-question self-assessment |
| Account history | 12 months of transactions and gaming history |
| Help | ConnexOntario 1-866-531-2600; Responsible Gambling Council |
Every tool an Ontario player should expect is present, and the 24-hour delay on limit increases is exactly the kind of friction that protects players.
Jackpot City Loyalty Programme and Promotions
Jackpot City Ontario runs a Loyalty Programme with six levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Privé, the last of which is by invitation only. Points are earned on real-money wagers and can be exchanged for bonus credits.

The loyalty page in the screenshot above lays out the six levels. Under Ontario’s Registrar’s Standard 2.05, regulated sites cannot advertise bonuses or other inducements publicly, so we do not list reward values here. Promotions, if any, are shown to players once they are logged in on the operator’s site.
How the Points Work
Membership is automatic, and points accumulate on cash wagers. The FAQ adds one rule worth remembering: points not redeemed within 60 days expire. If you play only occasionally, check your balance from time to time so points do not lapse unused.
Same Structure as the Sister Sites
Spin Casino, Royal Vegas and Ruby Fortune use the same six-level ladder, which reflects their shared operator. Loyalty points are never a reason to play more than you planned — treat them as a small extra on spending you would make anyway.
Jackpot City vs Other Ontario Casinos
Jackpot City sits third of the nine Ontario casinos we review: it beats its Cadtree sister sites on payout speed and phone support, but trails bet365 on cashier breadth and speed and 888 Casino on overall depth. Here is how it lines up, using only facts from each operator’s Ontario pages. The full list is on our Ontario casinos page.
Jackpot City vs Spin Casino, Royal Vegas and Ruby Fortune
All four are run by Cadtree Limited and share terms, loyalty structure and much of the lobby. Spin Casino (OPIG1237906) is the closest match — same 1–24 hour Visa quote, apps on both platforms, plus Paysafecard deposits. Royal Vegas (OPIG1237900) quotes 1–3 business days for Visa, Interac and eCheck after a 24-hour pending period. Ruby Fortune (OPIG1237898) describes a pending period of at least 24 hours with no weekend processing. Jackpot City adds the toll-free phone number and the exclusive Gold Blitz slot.
Jackpot City vs bet365 and 888 Casino
bet365 (OPIG1232411) is the benchmark: a 2,559-game lobby, PayPal, Google Pay and Paysafecard in the cashier, and an aim to process withdrawals within two hours, with Interac payouts quoted at 1–4 hours. 888 Casino (VHL Ontario Limited) adds a sportsbook and MuchBetter, but quotes 2–4 business days for Interac and up to six for Visa — slower than Jackpot City’s Visa figure.
Jackpot City vs Betway, Royal Panda and Sports Interaction
Betway (Cadway Limited) has the broadest e-wallet list, including iDebit, Instadebit and MuchBetter, but describes a pending period of up to 72 hours. Royal Panda (OPIG1337313) lists around 30 providers including Evolution but says withdrawals can take up to five working days. Sports Interaction (OPIG1242525) pairs its casino with a sportsbook and quotes Visa Fast Funds payouts of up to five hours after an internal review of up to two business days.
| 🏆 Casino | ⭐ Our Score | 🏛️ Operator | 💸 Withdrawal Quote (Operator) | 📱 Apps |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| bet365 | 90 | Hillside (International Gaming) ENC | Interac 1–4 hours | iOS, Android |
| 888 Casino | 87 | VHL Ontario Limited | Interac 2–4 business days | iOS |
| Jackpot City | 86 | Cadtree Limited | Visa 1–24 hours; Interac 1–3 business days | iOS, Android |
| Spin Casino | 85 | Cadtree Limited | Visa 1–24 hours; Interac 1–3 business days | iOS, Android |
| Betway | 84 | Cadway Limited | Pending up to 72 hours, then method time | iOS, Android |
| Royal Panda | 83 | TigerGen Limited | Within 5 working days | — |
| Ruby Fortune | 82 | Cadtree Limited | 24h+ pending, then 24–48 hours | iOS |
| Royal Vegas | 81 | Cadtree Limited | 1–3 business days after 24h pending | iOS, Android |
| Sports Interaction | 80 | ElectraWorks Maple Limited | Visa Fast Funds up to 5 hours after review | iOS, Android |
On published payout speed, Jackpot City is near the top of the Ontario field; where it loses ground is the breadth of its cashier and the absence of a sportsbook.
Best Cadtree Site for Fast Payouts: Jackpot City
Among the four Cadtree brands, Jackpot City and Spin Casino share the quickest Visa withdrawal quote. Jackpot City edges ahead for us thanks to its toll-free phone line and slightly broader live casino, while Spin Casino wins if you want to deposit with Paysafecard.

The scores show a well-rounded casino with no weak dimension; payments is the lowest only because its rivals offer more methods.
What Would Raise the Score
Two changes would push Jackpot City closer to the top of our Ontario ranking: adding at least one e-wallet such as PayPal or MuchBetter, and aligning the terms with the “Fast Withdrawals” promise so players know which pending rule applies. A clearer game count would also help.
Bottom Line for Ontario Players
If you live in Ontario, are 19 or older and want a regulated casino with a long history, proper apps and fast card payouts, Jackpot City is one of the safest picks on the iGO list. Set your limits first, keep your play within an entertainment budget, and compare it with the other brands on our Ontario hub before you decide.
