The terms name Fresh Horizons Limited, with a registered address at Palm Grove House in Road Town, Tortola (British Virgin Islands), as the company managing the brand. That matters in practice: your Casino Rewards loyalty points, your verification documents and some limits (like the $4,000 weekly cap on big wins) are handled at group level, not just inside Quatro.

Read the 25% bet rule carefully: with a $10 bonus, a single $2.50 spin is already “irregular play”, which can void the bonus and its winnings.
What 200x Wagering Really Means
A 200x play-through means you must place bets worth 200 times the bonus before bonus money becomes withdrawable cash. Our wagering requirements guide explains the general idea; here is what it looks like at Quatro.
- $10 bonus (deposit $10): $10 × 200 = $2,000 in bets. At $0.50 a spin, that is 4,000 spins.
- $20 bonus: $4,000 in bets — 8,000 spins at $0.50.
- $50 bonus: $10,000 in bets.
- $100 bonus: $20,000 in bets — the T&C use this exact example.
- Free-spin winnings count as bonus money too: win $15 from a day’s spins and that $15 alone needs $3,000 in bets.
Now add the house edge. On a slot that returns 96%, every $100 wagered costs you about $4 on average. Wagering $2,000 therefore “costs” around $80 in expected losses to clear a $10 bonus. The maths runs against you; in most cases the bonus will be gone long before the play-through ends.
Table games make it worse. Blackjack and live games count only 2%, so each $100 at the blackjack table clears just $2 of the requirement. Clearing a $10 bonus on blackjack alone would take $100,000 in bets — effectively impossible.
Watch out:

Our Take on the Quatro Welcome Offer
The offer is generous in spins and harsh in terms. Seven days of spins on recognisable slots for a $10 deposit is a pleasant way to try the site. But 200x is one of the strictest requirements in Canada, and the daily log-in rule punishes anyone who misses a day.
There is also a small inconsistency in the T&C: the wagering clause mentions a “second deposit bonus” at 200x, although the sign-up offer advertised today is first-deposit only. We have reported the advertised offer; if a second-deposit bonus ever appears in your account, assume 200x applies to it.
Which Deposit Tier Makes Sense?
For most people, the $10 tier is the rational choice: the lowest risk, 70 spins over a week, and a $2,000 play-through that a regular slot player might actually finish. The $100 tier buys 700 spins, but its $20,000 requirement is a serious commitment of time and money.

The terms set 30x wagering on bonuses from the third deposit onward. That is a different world from 200x: a $50 reload at 30x needs $1,500 in bets. Jackpots are Quatro’s strongest card. The jackpot page lists Mega Vault Millionaire, Mega Moolah, Atlantean Treasures: Mega Moolah, Immortal Romance Mega Moolah, Thunderstruck II Mega Moolah, Treasure Nile and Cash Splash.
On October 13, 2026, the Mega Moolah family showed $15,251,981.66 and the page total was $15,312,225.78. Those figures move every minute, but they show the scale of the pooled prizes on offer.
Watch out:
A jackpot win is exactly the scenario the $4,000-per-week cap was written for. If you hit a seven-figure progressive after small deposits, expect the payout to be spread over time unless the jackpot provider’s own rules say otherwise — check the game’s info screen and ask support in writing.
Blackjack, Roulette and Video Poker
The categories include blackjack, roulette and video poker. These games carry a lower house edge than most slots — single-zero roulette sits at 2.70%, for example — but they count only 2% towards bonus wagering, so play them with cash, not with bonus funds.

The terms mention “All Live Casino games” in the 2% contribution list, which confirms live games exist. There is, however, no live-casino page on the public site, and no studio or provider is named, so we cannot describe the tables or limits. Interac is named in the FAQ, which notes that Interac deposits may be processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. How Long a Quatro Withdrawal Takes
The FAQ lays out the timeline step by step. Here is a realistic example for a CAD EFT request:
- Monday morning: you request $200 via CAD EFT. It enters a 48-hour pending period, during which you can reverse it.
- Wednesday morning: the pending period ends.
- Thursday: the request is processed on the following business day.
- Following Monday or Tuesday: the money arrives after 2–3 working days.

Fees and Minimums
Most methods are free on Quatro’s side. The exception is the Direct Bank Transfer: $50 per wire, or $100 above $3,000, with a $300 minimum. On a $300 wire, that fee is 16.7% of your money. There is also a 2.5% conversion fee if a withdrawal is paid in a different currency from your account.
The $4,000 Weekly Cap on Big Wins
The terms say players who win “a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos” can withdraw a maximum of $4,000 per week. Deposit $100 in total and win $20,000, and you would receive the money over about five weeks.
This applies group-wide, which cuts both ways: a long deposit history across Casino Rewards sites works in your favour. Daily limits may also split payouts over successive weekdays.
Currency and Reversing Withdrawals
Amounts on the site are shown with a plain “$” sign; the winners ticker shows wins in CA$ and the FAQ lists a Canada-only CAD EFT option, though no page explicitly states that accounts are held in Canadian dollars. Withdrawals can be reversed while they are pending.
Our advice: once you’ve requested a cash-out, leave it alone. A reversible pending withdrawal is a standing temptation to play the money again.

Quatro has no native iOS or Android app named on its public pages. The FAQ describes a downloadable desktop client and refers to a Promotions section for “mobile/tablet device” players, so on a phone you play through the mobile site in your browser.
