Royal Vegas Casino Ontario at a Glance
Royal Vegas Casino Ontario is a regulated, AGCO-registered online casino run by Cadtree Limited under iGaming Ontario licence number OPIG1237900, and we score it 81/100. It is a compact, slots-first site with a C$10 minimum deposit, 24/7 bilingual support and an iOS app, held back by a smaller game library and a 24-hour pending period on withdrawals.
We read the operator’s Ontario pages (home, terms, payments, FAQ, responsible gaming, mobile, loyalty, about us) and the iGaming Ontario directory on October 13, 2026, and captured the screenshots used below. We did not open a funded account, so everything here comes from what the operator publishes and what we could check from the outside.

The short version: it is a sound, regulated place for casual slot players who bank with Interac or Visa, but not the deepest lobby among the regulated Ontario online casinos we review.
Who Royal Vegas Ontario Suits Best
- Interac and Visa users who want the same method for deposits and cash-outs.
- French-speaking Ontarians — the site has a full French version and support answers in both languages.
- iPhone players who prefer a native app downloaded from the App Store.
- Players who value a long-running brand and a familiar group of sister sites run by the same company.
Who Should Look Elsewhere
- Android players who want a Google Play download (none was found).
- Anyone who wants PayPal, Instadebit, iDebit, MuchBetter or Paysafecard — none of these appears on the Ontario payments page.
- Players who want the largest possible library or a sportsbook in the same wallet.
Licence and Who Runs Royal Vegas Ontario
Royal Vegas Ontario is licensed and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and operates under an agreement with iGaming Ontario, so it is part of the province’s legal, regulated market. The operator is Cadtree Limited (2031), a company registered at La Corvee House, La Corvee, Alderney GY9 3TQ.
The terms and conditions state that the casino is regulated by the AGCO under the Gaming Control Act, 1992, and governed by its agreement with iGO “for the purposes of operating and offering Internet gambling services to persons located in Ontario”. The footer on every page carries the licence number OPIG1237900.
iGaming Ontario Directory Listing
We found Royal Vegas in iGaming Ontario’s official directory of regulated sites, listed under the operator Cadtree Limited in the Casino category, with royalvegas.ca/ontario as the listed URL. The directory states it is accurate as of 2026-09-01. You can check it yourself on the iGaming Ontario regulated market list.
Cadtree Limited runs four brands on that list: Royal Vegas, Jackpot City, Spin Casino and Ruby Fortune. That matters, because the four sites share terms frameworks, cashier structure and loyalty design. Our reviews of Jackpot City Ontario, Spin Casino Ontario and Ruby Fortune Ontario cover the siblings.
Small Wording Differences Worth Knowing
The site is not perfectly consistent in how it describes itself, and we prefer to flag that rather than smooth it over:
- The footer says Cadtree is licensed under the “Ontario Gaming Commission”; the terms name the regulator correctly as the AGCO.
- The footer calls Cadtree “Alderney registered”, while the terms say “Guernsey registered”. Alderney is part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, so the two are compatible.
- We did not cross-check the licence number on the AGCO’s own registrant search, so confirm it there if it matters to you.
None of these points changes the substance: the brand is on iGO’s list, and the terms commit it to the AGCO’s rules. For background on how provincial regulation works, see our guide to whether online gambling is legal in Canada.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Clause 10.13 of the terms sets out a three-step route if something goes wrong. Knowing it before you deposit saves a lot of frustration later.
| 🧭 Step | 📨 Where to go | ⏱️ Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Operator complaint | complaints@playersupportcenter.ca | Within 6 months of the issue; not within 1 week after a withdrawal |
| 2. Independent ADR | eCOGRA | Requires a Dispute Reference Number from the operator |
| 3. Regulator / iGO | igaming@igamingontario.ca, (416) 326-8283 or 1-833-554-4263 | For Ontario-market concerns |
This is the real advantage of a regulated Ontario site: there is an independent body above the operator if a complaint stalls. The terms also mention the AGCC (info@agcc.gg), a leftover from the group’s wider terms.
Royal Vegas Ontario Games and Software
Royal Vegas Ontario offers slots, progressive jackpot slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, video poker and live dealer tables, powered mainly by Apricot, Pragmatic Play and On Air (OnAir Entertainment). It is a curated lobby rather than a giant one, and the operator itself is not consistent about its size.
The casino games page in the screenshot below describes a “catalogue of 400-plus online casino games” from Apricot, On Air and Pragmatic Play, with featured titles such as Gold Collector, Fire Forge, Assassin Moon and Chicago Gold.

How Many Games? Three Different Answers
When we went through the site, we found three claims that do not agree: “over 400” on the home and casino games pages, “Over 1500 Casino Games” on the About Us page, and “over 100” in the FAQ and a footer call-to-action. The 400-plus figure is the one repeated on the actual games pages, so it is our working estimate, but confirm the current count in the lobby before you sign up.
Online Slots
Slots are the core of the site. Titles named on the Ontario pages include Gold Collector, Fire Forge (described as “243 ways to win”), Assassin Moon, Chicago Gold, Amazing Link Zeus, 9 Masks of Fire and Wolf Blaze Megaways. Several of these carry Hyper Hold or Megaways mechanics, so there is variety in how features trigger.
If you are new to reels, paylines and volatility, our online slots guide explains how return-to-player figures and volatility affect a session budget.
Progressive Jackpots
The site lists “Progressive slot” as a category and names Gold Factory Jackpots Maple Moolah among its titles. Mega Moolah was not named on any page we read, so do not assume it is available. Remember that progressive jackpots typically carry a lower base return because part of every wager funds the prize pool.
Live Dealer Tables
Live dealer games exist, but there is no dedicated live casino page: the /ontario/live-casino/ address served home-page content when we checked. Real Auto Roulette is promoted on the home page “with a real dealer”. Players who want a deep live lobby should compare with sites that publish one — our live casino guide covers what to look for.
Table Games and Video Poker
The table selection covers the classics. Titles named include Premier Blackjack With Lucky Lucky and No Commission Baccarat, plus roulette and video poker. As a reminder of the maths, single-zero European roulette carries a house edge of 2.70%, while double-zero versions are higher — see our online roulette guide and online blackjack guide for strategy basics, and our baccarat guide for how no-commission rules change the banker bet.
| 🎲 Category | 🎮 Titles named on the Ontario site | 🏭 Providers named |
|---|---|---|
| Video slots | Gold Collector, Fire Forge, Assassin Moon, Chicago Gold | Apricot, Pragmatic Play, On Air |
| Feature slots | Amazing Link Zeus, 9 Masks of Fire, Wolf Blaze Megaways | Apricot, Pragmatic Play, On Air |
| Progressive slots | Gold Factory Jackpots Maple Moolah | — |
| Wheel game | Mega Millionaire Wheel | — |
| Live dealer | Real Auto Roulette | — |
| Blackjack | Premier Blackjack With Lucky Lucky | — |
| Baccarat | No Commission Baccarat | — |
The table shows the titles the operator itself names; the full lobby is larger, but we only list what we could confirm on its pages.
Game Fairness and Payout Percentages
The site has a payout percentages page, and its FAQ says games are certified by “an external testing agency, iGaming” — wording that does not name a recognisable lab, so treat it with some caution. In practice, the stronger assurance is the AGCO framework itself, which requires games offered in Ontario to meet its technical standards.
Pro Tip:
Before playing a slot, open its info or paytable screen. Ontario-regulated games show the theoretical return there, and a few tenths of a percent add up over hundreds of spins.
Royal Vegas Ontario Payments: Deposits and Withdrawals
Royal Vegas Ontario accepts Interac, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay for deposits from C$10, and pays out via Interac, Visa and eCheck in 1–3 business days after a standard 24-hour pending period. The casino says it does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or provider may.
The payments page shows each method as a card with type, deposit and withdrawal ticks, minimum deposit and withdrawal timeframe. The first row, in the screenshot below, covers Visa, Mastercard and Interac.

Expanding the list with “show more” reveals American Express, Apple Pay and eCheck, plus the step-by-step withdrawal instructions.

Payment Methods Table
| 💳 Method | ⬆️ Deposit | ⬇️ Withdrawal | 💵 Min. deposit | ⏱️ Withdrawal time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Interac | Yes | Yes | C$10 | 1–3 business days |
| Visa | Yes | Yes | C$10 | 1–3 business days |
| Mastercard | Yes | No | C$10 | — |
| American Express | Yes | No | C$10 | — |
| Apple Pay | Yes | No | C$10 | — |
| eCheck | No | Yes | — | 1–3 business days |
Only three methods work for cash-outs, so pick your deposit method with the withdrawal in mind.
Interac: The Natural Choice
For most Ontarians, Interac is the method to use here: it is the only bank-based option that works in both directions, with a C$10 minimum and a 1–3 business day payout window after the pending period. The site calls it “a Canadian favourite for easy online payments”. Our guide to Interac casinos explains how Interac works at casinos in general.
Cards and Apple Pay
Visa is the only card that also handles withdrawals. Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay are deposit-only, which means a Mastercard depositor will need to set up Interac, Visa or eCheck to get money back. Note that some Canadian banks block gambling transactions on credit cards, so a debit card or Interac is usually smoother — see our credit card casinos guide.
One oddity: the payments page labels Visa and Mastercard as “Bank Transfer” type rather than card. It does not affect how you pay, but it is another sign the page could use a tidy-up.
Methods You Will Not Find Here
The Ontario payments page does not list iDebit, Instadebit, PayPal, MuchBetter or Paysafecard. If those matter to you, compare with our Instadebit casinos and PayPal casinos guides, or with sister brand Spin Casino, which lists Paysafecard. Crypto is not offered, as is normal on the regulated Ontario market.
How Long Withdrawals Take
The payments page says: “After a standard 24-hour pending period for review, withdrawal times vary depending on the banking institution.” Add the 1–3 business days shown for Interac, Visa and eCheck and a realistic total is roughly two to four business days from request to bank, assuming your account is already verified.
A worked example: a cash-out requested on a Friday evening first sits in review until Saturday evening, and then the business-day clock only starts on Monday, so the money may arrive between Tuesday and Thursday. Requesting early in the week shortens the wait.
Watch out:
During the 24-hour pending window, a request can usually be reversed back to your balance. If you know you are tempted to replay winnings, decide in advance not to touch a pending withdrawal.
How to Withdraw at Royal Vegas
- Log in to your Ontario account.
- Open the Bank section of the cashier.
- Choose a withdrawal method — the site recommends the same method you deposited with, where possible.
- Enter the amount and confirm the request.
- Verify your identity if asked, with a valid ID and proof of address.
The minimum withdrawal and maximum withdrawal limits were not shown on the pages we read, so check the Bank section once logged in. For a wider look at Canadian methods, our casino payments hub compares them side by side.
Royal Vegas Ontario Mobile App
Royal Vegas Ontario has a native iOS app on the Canadian App Store, listed as “Royal Vegas Casino Real Money App” with Cadtree Limited as the seller. There is no Google Play listing, and the browser site works on both iOS and Android.
The mobile casino page, captured below, shows a QR code with five steps for iPhone and iPad users, an “android Download APK” button, and featured slots such as Amazing Link Zeus, 9 Masks of Fire and Wolf Blaze Megaways.

iPhone and iPad
The process is straightforward: open the camera app, point it at the QR code, tap the notification and press “Get” in the App Store. Because the seller name matches the licensed operator, you can confirm you are downloading the genuine Ontario app.
Android
Android is the weak spot. The page shows an APK button, but in our check it used the same link that redirected to the App Store, and we found no Google Play listing. Android players should use the mobile browser site instead, which needs no installation. Only install casino software from sources the operator clearly identifies.
| 📱 Platform | ✅ Option | 📝 Notes |
|---|---|---|
| iOS (iPhone, iPad) | Native app | App Store, seller Cadtree Limited |
| Android | Mobile browser | APK button resolved to App Store in our check; no Play Store app |
| Desktop | Browser | Full site in English and French |

Opening an Account and Verification
Signing up at Royal Vegas Ontario requires you to be 19 or older, physically in Ontario and verified at registration. Terms clause 7.4 says AGCO standards, iGO policies and FINTRAC rules require the casino to verify identity when the account is opened.
How to Sign Up
- Go to royalvegas.ca/ontario and press Sign Up.
- Enter your personal details exactly as they appear on your ID.
- Allow geolocation — play is blocked if your location cannot be confirmed as Ontario.
- Upload documents if asked: government-issued photo ID and a proof of address under 6 months old.
- Set your limits before the first deposit, then deposit from C$10.
Documents the Casino May Request
| 🪪 Check | 📄 What is asked | 📌 Source |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Valid government-issued photo ID | FAQ |
| Address | Proof of address no older than 6 months | FAQ |
| Payment method | Proof of ownership of the payment method | T&C 7.1 |
| Source of funds / wealth | May be requested | T&C 7.8.1 |
| Account security | Optional two-step verification (OTP by SMS or email) | FAQ |
Sending clear, matching documents early is the simplest way to avoid delays on your first cash-out.
Geolocation and Ontario-Only Play
Terms clause 2.2 says the casino uses geolocation and “will seek to block attempts to use the Services that cannot be verified as originating from within Ontario”. If you travel outside the province, you will not be able to play until you return. Winnings are credited in Canadian dollars (T&C 7.7).
Royal Vegas Ontario Customer Support
Support at Royal Vegas Ontario runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in English and French, through live chat and email. The operator states: “Royal Vegas Ontario provides customer service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in two languages.”
Contact Channels
Live Chat
Available around the clock from the help icon on every page — the fastest route for account or cashier questions.
Offered as a channel; the address was not published on the pages we read, so use the Help Centre form or chat to get it.
Help Centre
A searchable FAQ covering accounts, verification, payments and responsible gaming, in English and French.
No phone line was published on the pages we read. Sister brand Jackpot City lists a toll-free number, so phone-first players may prefer it.
French-Language Service
The full site is available in French at /ontario/fr/, and support covers both languages. For francophone Ontarians that is a genuine plus, and not something every regulated brand offers.
Responsible Gambling Tools at Royal Vegas
Royal Vegas Ontario provides the full set of Ontario-standard tools: deposit, loss and session limits, time-outs, self-exclusion and BetGuard, the province’s central self-exclusion programme. The site header shows BetGuard, the iGaming Ontario logo, a 19+ “Please Play Responsibly” message and ConnexOntario’s number, 1-866-531-2600.
The Player Limits tab, captured below, explains deposit, loss and session limits, and notes that limit changes are calculated in GMT+2 and that increases carry a 24-hour delay.

Limits
| 🛡️ Tool | ⚙️ How it works at Royal Vegas Ontario |
|---|---|
| Deposit limit | Caps the amount you can deposit over a chosen period |
| Loss limit | Daily, weekly or monthly; counts cash credits only; resets at midnight |
| Session limit | Daily, weekly or monthly cap on time logged in |
| Limit increases | Subject to a 24-hour delay; changes calculated in GMT+2 |
| Temporary Exclusion | Time-out from 24 hours to 3 months, reactivates automatically |
| Permanent Exclusion | Minimum 6 months up to 12 months; return reviewed by Support |
| BetGuard | Ontario central self-exclusion — BetGuard.ca / 1-833-776-7171 |
| Self Test | 9-question self-assessment |
Set limits on day one, while the decision is calm — the 24-hour delay on increases exists precisely to stop impulsive changes.
Self-Exclusion and BetGuard
The site’s own Permanent Exclusion lasts at least 6 months. For broader protection, BetGuard, listed in terms clauses 1.3.3 and 6.5, lets you exclude yourself across Ontario’s regulated market in one step, rather than site by site.
Underage Gaming and Help Resources
The Underage Gaming tab recommends parental-control tools such as Net Nanny and Bet Blocker. The responsible gaming pages link to ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600) and the Responsible Gambling Council. Gambling should stay entertainment with a budget you can afford to lose; our responsible gambling guide lists help lines for every province.
Royal Vegas Loyalty Programme
Royal Vegas Ontario runs a six-level loyalty programme: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and an invite-only Privé tier. Membership starts automatically when you register, and points are earned on real-money wagers.
The loyalty page in the screenshot below shows the six tier badges, from Bronze (level 1 of 6) to Privé (level 6 of 6).

Points move you up the levels, and each level adds its own perks. In line with AGCO Standard 2.05, we do not publish the value of any offer: promotions, if any, are shown to players once they are logged in on the operator’s site. Treat loyalty perks as a side benefit of play you would do anyway, never as a reason to wager more.
Loyalty Levels at a Glance
| 🏅 Level | 🔢 Position | 🔑 Access |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 1 of 6 | On registration |
| Silver | 2 of 6 | Earned with loyalty points |
| Gold | 3 of 6 | Earned with loyalty points |
| Platinum | 4 of 6 | Earned with loyalty points |
| Diamond | 5 of 6 | Earned with loyalty points |
| Privé | 6 of 6 | Invite-only |
The same six-tier structure appears at sister sites Jackpot City and Spin Casino, so moving between Cadtree brands does not change how the programme works.
How Royal Vegas Compares With Other Ontario Sites
Compared with other regulated Ontario casinos, Royal Vegas is solid on licensing, support and responsible gambling, but behind on library size, Android access and payment choice. Here is how it stacks up against brands we review on our Ontario casino hub.
| 🏛️ Ontario casino | ⭐ Our rating | 💳 Notable payment detail | 📱 Android app | ☎️ Phone support |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| bet365 Casino | 90 | PayPal; aims to process withdrawals within 2 hours | Google Play | — |
| 888 Casino | 87 | MuchBetter, Paysafecard | — | Toll-free line |
| Jackpot City | 86 | Same Cadtree cashier family | Google Play | Toll-free line |

| Royal Vegas | 81 | Interac, Visa, eCheck payouts | No (APK link went to App Store) | No |
| Sports Interaction | 80 | Online Banking, bank wire | Google Play | — |
A dash means the detail was not confirmed in our sources for that brand, not that it is missing.
Royal Vegas vs Jackpot City
Both are run by Cadtree Limited and share the six-level loyalty design and a similar cashier. Jackpot City claims a larger library (1,000+ games), has a Google Play app and a toll-free phone line, and says it removed its previous 48-hour reversal period. If you want the Cadtree experience with more games and Android support, Jackpot City is the stronger sibling.
Royal Vegas vs Spin Casino and Ruby Fortune
Spin Casino adds Paysafecard to the same cashier, while Ruby Fortune adds prepaid cards and, like Royal Vegas, holds withdrawals pending for at least 24 hours. All three have iOS apps. Royal Vegas’ edge is its French-language site and long brand history.
Royal Vegas vs bet365 and Betway
Big multi-product brands such as bet365 (2,559 games listed) and Betway (iDebit, Instadebit and MuchBetter, plus a sportsbook) offer more breadth. Royal Vegas suits players who prefer a simpler, casino-only site.
Best for French-Language Play: Royal Vegas
With a full /ontario/fr/ site and 24/7 bilingual support, Royal Vegas is one of the easiest regulated choices for francophone Ontarians.
