bet365 Casino Ontario at a Glance
bet365 Casino is a fully regulated Ontario casino: Hillside (International Gaming) ENC holds AGCO registration OPIG1232411 and offers its games as an agent of iGaming Ontario. For players aged 19+ who are physically in Ontario, it combines about 2,559 listed titles, fast stated payouts and a complete set of play-management tools.
Our angle is a document review, not a test account. On October 13, 2026 we read bet365’s Ontario casino lobby, its public Games List, the Ontario help centre (payments, verification, contact, iGaming Ontario pages), the full terms and conditions (Version 4.0, effective April 20, 2026) and the separate responsible gambling site, and we checked the brand against iGaming Ontario’s list of regulated sites. Everything below comes from those pages and our screenshots.
| 📋 Item | 🔎 What we found (October 2026) |
|---|---|
| Regulator | Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) |
| Registration | OPIG1232411 |
| Casino operator | Hillside (International Gaming) ENC, Ta’ Xbiex, Malta |
| iGaming Ontario | Listed as “Bet365” (Casino, Sports Betting) |
| Game count | About 2,559 on the public Games List (live tables excluded) |
| Live casino | Yes, including bet365-branded exclusive tables |
| Sportsbook | Yes, at on.bet365.ca, one wallet with the casino |
| Minimum deposit | $10 CAD on most methods (PayPal $40) |

| Apps | Casino and sports apps for iOS and Android |
| Support | 24/7 live chat, webform, social media |

In one line: a big, mature Ontario casino whose strongest suit is cashier speed and depth, with support channels as its thinnest area.
Who bet365 Casino Suits
bet365 fits Ontario players who want one account for slots, live tables and sports betting, who cash out by Interac or card and care about how fast the money moves. High-limit players also benefit: card deposits go up to $50,000 per transaction and card withdrawals up to $40,000.
It also suits people who like exclusive content. The Exclusives tab carries in-house games such as bet365 Blackjack and Bandit’s Run, and the live lobby has bet365-branded roulette, baccarat and blackjack tables you won’t find under that name elsewhere.
Who Should Look Elsewhere
If you rely on iDebit, Instadebit or MuchBetter, the Ontario payment tables don’t list them. Players who prefer to talk to someone by phone will also notice that the Ontario Contact Us page offers live chat, a webform and social media, but no phone line.
Finally, anyone who plays in bursts with long breaks should note the dormant-account rule covered in the account section below. It only bites after a full year of inactivity, but it is worth knowing.
Pros:
- AGCO registration OPIG1232411, products offered as agent of iGO
- Stated payouts of 1–4 hours for Interac, cards and PayPal
- About 2,559 titles plus a deep exclusive range
- Card deposits up to $50,000, withdrawals up to $40,000
- Loss limits, reality checks and recurring time-outs
- Casino and sportsbook share one wallet
Cons:
- No phone support on the Ontario Contact Us page
- No iDebit, Instadebit or MuchBetter
- Paysafecard deposits capped at $400
- Dormant-account fee after 365 days of inactivity
Licence and Who Runs bet365 in Ontario
bet365’s Ontario casino is run by Hillside (International Gaming) ENC, which the casino footer and the terms describe as “licensed and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario under registration number OPIG1232411.” That makes it part of Ontario’s regulated market, not an offshore site.
Ontario opened its competitive iGaming market on April 4, 2022. The AGCO registers operators and enforces the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming, while iGaming Ontario (iGO) conducts and manages the market through agreements with each operator. Our guide to Ontario online casinos explains how the two bodies split the work, and the overview of online gambling law in Canada covers the rest of the country.
AGCO Registration OPIG1232411
The registration number appears in two places we checked: the footer of casino.on.bet365.ca and section 2.1(b) of the terms and conditions. Both give OPIG1232411, and both name Hillside (International Gaming) ENC as the registered entity for Casino and Live Casino.
That consistency matters. When a number is published in the footer and in the legal terms, you can match it against the regulator’s records yourself instead of taking a logo on trust.
Offered as an Agent of iGaming Ontario
Section 2.2 of the terms states that all products on the site (except pari-mutuel horse racing) are offered by the two Hillside entities “in its capacity as agent of iGaming Ontario (‘iGO’), a corporation without share capital established pursuant to the iGaming Ontario Act which is for all its purposes an agent of the Crown.”
In practice, that means the games you play are legally conducted and managed by the province through iGO, which is exactly what the Criminal Code framework requires for lawful online gambling in Ontario.
Listed on iGaming Ontario’s Regulated Site List
We checked iGO’s official regulated iGaming market list on October 13, 2026. bet365 appears as “Bet365” with two categories, Casino and Sports Betting, and a “Play Bet365” button pointing to on.bet365.ca. If you ever land on a bet365 site that isn’t the Ontario version, that list is the quickest way to find the right door.
| 🏢 Entity | 🧾 Role | 🔢 Numbers published |
|---|---|---|
| Hillside (International Gaming) ENC | Casino and Live Casino | AGCO OPIG1232411; Malta P1887; footer “registration number 121” |
| Hillside (International Sports) ENC | Sportsbook | Malta P1891; sportsbook footer “registration number 119” |
| Hillside Technology Limited | Publisher of the iOS apps | App Store seller name |
| Registered office | Both Hillside ENC entities | Office 1/2373, Level G, Quantum House, 75 Abate Rigord Street, Ta’ Xbiex, Malta |
The table shows every entity and number exactly as bet365 publishes them, so you can cross-check each one.
Two Points Worth Confirming Yourself
Two small inconsistencies came up in our reading. First, iGO’s operator filter lists the Bet365 entry under Hillside (International Sports) ENC, while the casino is run by Hillside (International Gaming) ENC; both, however, sit under the same AGCO registration OPIG1232411 in the footers and terms.
Second, the casino footer quotes “registration number 121” (the sportsbook footer says 119), while the terms give Malta company numbers P1887 and P1891. These appear to be different numbering systems, and we quote them as published. Neither point changes the Ontario status, but if exact entity details matter to you, confirm them on the operator’s site or with iGO.
Complaints: Operator First, Then iGO
bet365’s Ontario help page on iGaming Ontario sets out the route. You start with bet365’s internal complaints procedure; if that doesn’t resolve the issue, you can take it to iGO, which publishes contact details of 1 833 554-4263 and igaming@igamingontario.ca.
This is the practical value of playing on a regulated site: there is a provincial body above the operator if something goes wrong. Offshore sites can’t offer that.
Brand Background
The About Us page says bet365 was founded in 2000, that the group employs over 10,000 people and has over 120 million customers worldwide. Those are the company’s own figures; what matters for Ontario players is the local registration and the iGO agreement described above.
bet365 Casino Games in Ontario
bet365 has about 2,559 titles on its public Games List: we counted 2,424 video slots, 72 jackpot games and 63 table and card games, with live tables listed separately. The lobby is split into Home, What’s New, Live Casino, Exclusives, Slots, Table Games, Jackpots, Arcade and All Games.
That is a large library by Ontario standards, and the breadth shows in the sub-categories: Megaways, Premium Games, Game Shows Live and a dedicated Arcade and crash section sit alongside the usual slots and tables. For a wider look at the formats, see our online slots guide.
| 🎮 Category | 🔢 Count / detail (Games List, Oct 2026) |
|---|---|
| Video slots | 2,424 |
| Jackpot games | 72 |
| Table and card games | 63 |
| Live casino | Separate lobby; 8 categories incl. bet365 Exclusives |
| Arcade and crash | Own tab and an Arcade & Crash section under Exclusives |
| Total listed | About 2,559 (live tables not included) |
Slots dominate the count, but the live and exclusive sections are where bet365 differs most from other Ontario lobbies.
Slots and Megaways
With more than 2,400 video slots, the slot catalogue is the backbone of the site. The lobby filters let you jump straight to Megaways titles, Premium Games and What’s New, which helps when the full list runs into the thousands.
bet365 names Oddsworks as “our newest game provider” in the lobby. The full provider list isn’t published on the pages we read, so we won’t guess at studio names; the lobby filters are the place to check whether a favourite supplier is there.
Jackpot Slots and Networks
The jackpot section is unusually deep. The lobby shows bet365’s own tiered jackpot (Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze) plus a long list of named jackpot ranges.
- Jackpot Royale and Age of the Gods
- Diamond Mystery & Cash, Red Tiger Jackpots and Dream Drop
- Thunder Cash, Thundering Jackpots and Fire Blaze
- Egglink, Fort Knox, 8 Immortals and Clover Chance
- Mega Jackpots and Wowpots
Jackpot games usually return less to the player in the base game because part of each bet feeds the prize pool. Treat them as entertainment with a long-shot ticket attached, and set a budget before you play.
Live Casino
The live casino lobby is organised into eight categories: Featured, bet365 Exclusives, Baccarat & Dice, Blackjack, Roulette, Game Shows & Slots, Poker & Lotto Ball and Sports Arena. The screenshot below shows the bet365-branded tables at the top of the page.

The exclusive tables include bet365 Roulette, bet365 Baccarat and bet365 All Bets Blackjack. The lobby does not label which studios stream the tables, so we don’t name any. Our live casino guide explains how dealer games work and what to look for in table limits.
Table Games
The Games List counts 63 RNG table and card games. That covers the classics: blackjack variants, roulette wheels and poker-based tables such as bet365 Casino Hold’em Poker from the in-house range.
If you play online blackjack, check each table’s rules before you sit down; payouts for blackjack and dealer rules on soft 17 move the house edge. For online roulette, single-zero European wheels carry a 2.70% house edge versus 5.26% on double-zero American wheels, so the wheel type is worth a glance.
Exclusives and In-House Titles
The Exclusives tab is where bet365 stands out. It is split into Exclusively Ours, By Us For You, Tailor Made Titles, Spin O’Reely, Arcade & Crash and Table Games, and many titles across the lobby carry an EXCLUSIVE badge.

The in-house “By Us, For You” range includes bet365 Blackjack, bet365 Casino Hold’em Poker and Bandit’s Run. These are games you will only find on bet365, which is a genuine point of difference in a market where many sites share the same supplier catalogues.
Arcade and Crash Games
The Arcade tab and the Arcade & Crash section under Exclusives group quick-fire titles such as crash games. They move fast, which is the appeal, but fast rounds also mean money can go quickly. Reality checks, covered below, are useful here.
Game Shows
Game Shows & Slots in the live lobby and the Game Shows Live category in the casino bring wheel-based and studio-style formats. They are designed as entertainment first; the odds vary by bet segment, so read the paytable on each game before choosing where to bet.
Sportsbook on the Same Wallet
Yes, bet365 runs a sportsbook for Ontario at on.bet365.ca, operated by Hillside (International Sports) ENC, and the About Us page confirms one wallet across products. Your casino balance and your sports balance are the same money.
That is convenient if you do both, but it also means your casino limits and your sports betting share a pot. If you set a deposit limit, it covers everything you fund the account with, which is how it should work.
Pari-Mutuel Horse Racing
The terms carve out pari-mutuel horse racing from the iGO arrangement: bet365 offers it as an agent of Woodbine rather than of iGaming Ontario. It is a small detail, but it explains why the terms list horse racing separately.
No Separate Poker Room
We found no standalone poker room on the Ontario site. “Poker & Lotto Ball” is a live casino category, and bet365 Casino Hold’em Poker is a house-banked table game, not player-versus-player poker. Readers looking for a room should see our online poker guide.
Payments at bet365 Ontario
bet365 accepts Interac, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Paysafecard and bank wire in Canadian dollars, with a $10 minimum deposit on most methods. Its withdrawal page says “We aim to process your withdrawal within 2 hours of your request,” and the method tables quote 1–4 hours for Interac, cards and PayPal.
The payment tables we read are labelled “Country: Canada – Ontario, Currency: CAD,” so these are the Ontario figures, not a global template. Interac deposits are listed “with no fees applied.” The screenshot below shows the deposit methods page.

| 💳 Method | ⬇️ Deposit min–max | ⏱️ Deposit time |
|---|---|---|
| Interac (Online / e-Transfer) | $10 – $10,000 | Instant |
| Debit card (Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, prepaid) | $10 – $50,000 | Instant |
| Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) | $10 – $50,000 | Instant |
| Apple Pay | $10 – $50,000 | Instant |
| Google Pay | $10 – $10,000 | Instant |
| PayPal | $40 – $12,500 | Instant |
| Paysafecard | $10 – $400 | Instant |
All deposits are instant; the differences are in the caps, from $400 on Paysafecard to $50,000 on cards and Apple Pay.
Withdrawals follow a different table. The next screenshot is the withdrawal methods page, and the table under it sums up what it says.

| 🏦 Method | ⬆️ Withdrawal min–max | ⏱️ Stated time |
|---|---|---|
| Interac | $10 – $10,000 | 1–4 hours |
| Debit and credit cards | $10 – $40,000 | 1–4 hours |
| Apple Pay | $10 – $40,000 | Instant (back to the card where possible, else bank transfer) |
| PayPal | $20 – $12,500 | 1–4 hours |
| Bank / wire transfer | $10 – $25,000 | Within 12 hours |
| Google Pay | Paid by bank transfer | Bank transfer time |
| Paysafecard | Paid by bank transfer | Bank transfer time |
These are bet365’s stated times after approval, not times we measured; your bank can add its own processing on top.
Interac: The Default Choice
For most Ontario players, Interac will be the go-to: $10 minimum, $10,000 per transaction each way, deposits listed with no fees and withdrawals quoted at 1–4 hours. It is fast, familiar and comes straight from your bank account. Our Interac casinos guide explains how Interac Online and e-Transfer differ.
Debit and Credit Cards
Cards carry the highest limits on the site: up to $50,000 per deposit and $40,000 per withdrawal. bet365 accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards, plus Visa Debit, Mastercard debit, Maestro, Amex and prepaid cards. Some Canadian banks block gambling transactions on credit cards, so a debit card or Interac is often smoother; see our credit card casinos page.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Apple Pay works both ways, with instant withdrawals of up to $40,000 that go back to the linked card where possible. Google Pay is deposit-only in practice ($10 to $10,000): withdrawals for Google Pay depositors are paid by bank transfer. Both are handy on mobile, where most people play.
PayPal and Paysafecard
PayPal has the highest minimum on the site, $40 to deposit and $20 to withdraw, with a $12,500 cap and 1–4 hour withdrawals. Paysafecard is the budget option for players who prefer prepaid vouchers, but deposits stop at $400 and winnings come back by bank transfer. See our PayPal casinos and Paysafecard casinos guides for alternatives.
Bank Wire Transfer
Wire is withdrawal-only on the tables we read, with a $10 minimum, a $25,000 cap and a stated time of within 12 hours. It is the fallback for methods that can’t receive money, such as Paysafecard and Google Pay.
Methods You Won’t Find
The Ontario payment tables do not list iDebit, Instadebit or MuchBetter, and there is no crypto. If those are your usual tools, check our Instadebit and iDebit casinos or MuchBetter casinos pages; Betway’s Ontario site, for example, lists all three.
What the 2-Hour Target Means in Practice
bet365’s target is to process a withdrawal within 2 hours of the request, and the method times (1–4 hours for Interac) describe how long the payment takes once sent. Verification checks, covered below, can pause the process the first time you cash out, so having your ID ready keeps things moving.
A worked example: you request $500 by Interac on a weekday evening. If your account is already verified, bet365 aims to process it within 2 hours, and the Interac table quotes 1–4 hours, so you would reasonably expect the money the same evening. Compare that with sites where a 24–72 hour pending period comes first, and the difference for a careful player is real.
Pro Tip:
Withdraw back to the same method you deposited with whenever you can. Apple Pay winnings return to the linked card where possible, and Paysafecard and Google Pay depositors are paid by bank transfer, so having your bank details on file avoids a delay on the first cash-out.
For a side-by-side view of Canadian methods, our casino payments hub compares speeds and limits across regulated and other sites.
bet365 Mobile Apps in Ontario
bet365 has native iOS and Android apps for both the casino and the sportsbook. The Ontario help centre’s system requirements page lists a “Casino Games App” and a “Sports App” for both platforms and says it supports the last three major releases of each operating system.
| 📱 App | 🍎 iOS | 🤖 Android |
|---|---|---|
| bet365 Casino Games & Slots | App Store id1199013180 (Hillside Technology Limited) | Google Play com.bet365.bet365GamesApp.play |
| bet365 Sports Betting | App Store id1600273117 (“You must be 19+ and present in Ontario”) | Google Play com.bet365SportsCA.Bet365_Application (“19+ in Ontario”) |
| bet365 Authenticator | Two-factor authentication app | Two-factor authentication app |
The casino app is the one to install for slots and live tables; the sports app covers the sportsbook on the shared wallet.
Casino Games & Slots App
The casino app is published by Hillside Technology Limited on iOS and listed on Google Play. One point to note: the App Store description of the casino app doesn’t mention Ontario, while the Google Play listing does (it names ConnexOntario for Ontario players). The safest route is to follow the app link from bet365’s Ontario help centre or the Ontario site, so you land on the version tied to your Ontario account.
Sports Betting App
The iOS sports app states “You must be 19+ and present in Ontario,” and the Android listing reads “Must be 18+ (19+ in Ontario).” Location checks apply on both: you must be physically in the province to place bets.
Two-Factor Authentication
bet365 also offers a separate bet365 Authenticator app for two-factor sign-in. With a balance that can reach five figures on card deposits, turning on 2FA is a sensible step.
Browser Play
You can also play in a mobile browser at casino.on.bet365.ca. The apps tend to be smoother for live tables. Our mobile casinos guide covers what to check before installing any casino app.
Account and Verification (KYC)
Opening an account requires you to be 19 or older and physically located in Ontario, and bet365 must verify your identity before you can withdraw. Section 6 of the terms says the operator checks “your age, identity, address, location, financial circumstances, and the source of the funds you deposit and use.”
How to Open a bet365 Ontario Account
- Use the Ontario site at casino.on.bet365.ca or the “Play Bet365” link on iGO’s regulated-sites list.
- Register with your legal name, date of birth, address and contact details as they appear on your ID.
- Allow location checks so the site can confirm you are in Ontario.
- Set your limits (deposit, loss, reality checks) before your first deposit.
- Verify early by uploading ID if asked, so your first withdrawal isn’t held up.
- Turn on 2FA with the bet365 Authenticator app.
Documents bet365 May Request
The terms list a passport, driver’s licence, birth certificate, financial statements and proof of address among the documents bet365 may ask for. Source-of-funds questions are standard on regulated sites, especially at higher deposit levels; they are a legal duty, not a sign of a problem.
Accounts found to belong to anyone under 19 are closed and their transactions voided. That rule protects minors and is non-negotiable on every Ontario site.
Dormant Account Fee
An account becomes dormant after 365 consecutive days of inactivity. From then, bet365 deducts a monthly administration fee of CAD $4 or 5% of the balance, whichever is greater. If you stop playing, withdraw your balance first; a forgotten $200 would lose $10 a month at the 5% rate.
Watch out:
If you plan a long break, withdraw everything and use a time-out or account closure. Leaving a balance behind is the only way the dormant fee can touch you.
bet365 Customer Support
bet365’s Ontario support runs on 24/7 live chat, a “Send Email” webform and social media, which the Contact Us page also lists as available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No phone number appears on the Ontario Contact Us page.
Live Chat
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the Ontario help centre. Best for payment and verification questions.
Webform
The “Send Email” form at help.on.bet365.ca suits non-urgent issues where you want a written record.
Social Media
Listed as 24/7. Useful for quick questions, but keep account details out of public posts.
Help Centre Self-Service
The Ontario help centre is detailed: payment tables per method, verification guidance, system requirements and a dedicated iGaming Ontario page. A banner confirms “You are currently viewing our Canada – Ontario content,” so you know the answers apply to your province.
Postal Address
For formal correspondence, the Contact Us page gives a mailing address: Customer Services, bet365 House, Media Way, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST1 5SZ, United Kingdom. For complaints, start with the internal procedure, then iGO, as described in the licence section.
Our view: chat around the clock covers most needs, but a phone line would lift support to the level of the rest of the site. That gap is the main reason support scores lowest in our rating.
Responsible Gambling Tools
bet365 has one of the most complete play-management toolsets we’ve read in Ontario, on a separate site at responsiblegambling.on.bet365.ca: activity tracking, deposit and loss limits, reality checks, flexible time-outs, self-exclusion and account closure. The footer also points players to ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600.

| 🛡️ Tool | ⚙️ How it works (bet365 Ontario pages) |
|---|---|
| My Activity | Track your play history and spending |
| Deposit limits | Daily, weekly or monthly; decreases apply immediately, increases after 24 hours and reconfirmation |
| Loss limits | Daily, weekly or monthly |
| Reality Checks | Time-based pop-ups during play |
| Time-Out | 24h, 48h, 7 days, 30 days, 2 months, 3 months or custom; one-off or recurring |
| Self-exclusion | 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years |
| Account closure | Close the account outright |
| Other resources | Budget calculator, gambling-block information, BetGuard link |
Having loss limits and recurring time-outs, not just deposit caps, is what puts this set ahead of a basic offering.
Deposit and Loss Limits
Deposit limits are standard; loss limits are less common and arguably more useful, because they cap what you can actually lose rather than what you put in. Lowering any limit takes effect immediately. Raising one takes 24 hours and needs you to reconfirm, a deliberate cooling-off step.
Reality Checks
Reality checks are pop-ups that remind you how long you’ve been playing. They are especially helpful on fast formats such as crash games and auto-play slots, where an hour can pass without noticing.
Time-Outs, Including Recurring Ones
Time-outs range from 24 hours to 3 months, plus a custom length. The standout is the option to make a time-out recurring, for example blocking play on weekdays automatically, rather than setting a new break each time.
Self-Exclusion
For a longer break, self-exclusion runs for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years. Ontario players can also use province-wide support; never try to get around an exclusion on any site.
Where to Get Help in Ontario
ConnexOntario offers free, confidential help 24/7 at 1-866-531-2600. Our responsible gambling guide lists budgeting tips and support services across Canada. Gambling should stay entertainment, paid for from money you can afford to lose.
Rewards and Loyalty at bet365
bet365 does not describe a tiered VIP or loyalty programme on its public Ontario pages. The casino header has a “Rewards” tab, but it is empty when you are logged out.
Promotions on the Ontario Site
Under Ontario’s rules (Registrar’s Standard 2.05), operators may not publicly advertise inducements. Promotions, if any, are shown to players once they are logged in on the operator’s site or app. Any offer has its own terms, so read them in full before opting in, and remember that no offer changes the house edge.
How bet365 Compares With Other Ontario Sites
Against the eight other Ontario brands we review, bet365 leads on stated payout speed and transaction limits, and it has one of the largest game counts. Where it trails is phone support and alternative e-wallets. All brands below are AGCO-registered sites for players in Ontario; see the full line-up on our Ontario casinos hub.
| 🏢 Site | 🧾 Operator | ⏱️ Withdrawal timing (as published) | ☎️ Phone support |
|---|---|---|---|
| bet365 | Hillside (International Gaming) ENC | Aim: processed within 2 hours; Interac 1–4 hours | No (chat, webform, social) |
| 888 Casino | VHL Ontario Limited | Processed within one business day; Interac 2–4 business days in total | Yes, daily 8am–12am ET |
| Jackpot City | Cadtree Limited | 48-hour reversal period removed; paid once approved | Yes, toll-free |
| Spin Casino | Cadtree Limited | 2–7 business days depending on method | — |
| Betway | Cadway Limited | Pending period of up to 72 hours first | — |
| Royal Panda | TigerGen Limited | Aims for 24 hours; within 5 working days | Yes |
| Ruby Fortune | Cadtree Limited | At least 24 hours pending first | — |
| Royal Vegas | Cadtree Limited | 24-hour pending period, then bank time | — |
| Sports Interaction | ElectraWorks Maple Limited | Review up to 2 business days, then method time | — |
On published timings alone, bet365 has the shortest path from request to payment of the nine Ontario sites we cover.
bet365 vs 888 Casino
888 Casino, run by VHL Ontario Limited, offers what bet365 lacks: a toll-free phone line (daily, 8am to midnight ET), MuchBetter and a poker room. bet365 answers with far quicker stated withdrawals (888 processes within one business day before the method time) plus PayPal and Google Pay.
bet365 vs Jackpot City
Jackpot City (Cadtree Limited, OPIG1236392) has 24/7 toll-free phone support and claims 1,000+ games. bet365 lists about 2,559 titles on its own public Games List, and it adds PayPal, Google Pay and a sportsbook on the same wallet.
bet365 vs Betway
Betway is the pick if you need iDebit, Instadebit or MuchBetter, all listed on its Ontario cashier. The trade-off is a pending period of up to 72 hours before a withdrawal goes to processing, against bet365’s 2-hour processing target.
bet365 vs Spin Casino and Royal Vegas
Spin Casino (OPIG1237906) and Royal Vegas (OPIG1237900), both Cadtree Limited sites, quote 2–7 business days and a 24-hour pending period respectively. They suit players who like a single-brand casino with no sportsbook; bet365 suits those who want faster cash-outs and one account for casino and sports.
Our bet365 Ontario Rating by Dimension
We score bet365 Casino Ontario 90/100, the highest of our Ontario reviews, driven by its payments, licensing transparency and game depth. Each dimension below is scored against the other Ontario sites, using our published rating method.
| 📊 Dimension | ⭐ Score /100 | 📝 Why |
|---|---|---|
| Licence & safety | 94 | AGCO OPIG1232411 in footer and terms; agent of iGO; listed on iGO’s site list |
| Games | 91 | About 2,559 titles, deep jackpots, exclusive in-house and live tables |
| Payments | 93 | Interac, cards, Apple Pay, PayPal; 2-hour processing target; high caps |
| Mobile | 89 | Casino and sports apps on iOS and Android, plus 2FA app |
| Support | 82 | 24/7 chat, webform, social; no phone line |
| Responsible gambling | 91 | Loss limits, reality checks, recurring time-outs, self-exclusion |
| Average | 90 | Overall rating |
The average lands on 90: an excellent all-round Ontario casino whose only clear weak spot is the lack of phone support.
Where bet365 Earns Its Score
Payments and safety carry the rating. A published AGCO number, a clear iGO agency statement and a 2-hour processing target are exactly what a careful Ontario player should look for, and bet365 delivers all three.
What Would Push It Higher
A phone line, MuchBetter or Instadebit in the cashier, and a published provider list would close the remaining gaps. Until then, it remains our top-rated choice among Ontario’s regulated casinos; the comparison table above shows how the rest of the field stacks up.
