Sports Interaction is an AGCO-registered Ontario casino and sportsbook (OPIG1242525) run by ElectraWorks Maple Limited, part of Entain. We rate it 80/100: best for players who want sports and casino on one account with fast Visa payouts.

Its strengths are nine CAD payment routes, Visa Fast Funds withdrawals typically within 5 hours, high bank-wire ceilings and a full set of responsible-gaming tools. The trade-offs: slower Interac withdrawals, no e-wallets and support channels that the Ontario help pages do not spell out. Players must be 19+ and physically in Ontario.

Sports Interaction Ontario at a Glance

Sports Interaction is a regulated Ontario casino and sportsbook run by ElectraWorks Maple Limited, an Entain group company registered with the AGCO under number OPIG1242525 and listed by iGaming Ontario for both Casino and Sports Betting. We give it 80/100: a solid, safe choice for Ontario players who want betting and casino games under one account.

Our review is built from what the operator publishes for Ontario: the general terms and conditions, the payment-method FAQs, the account-verification and responsible-gaming pages in the Ontario help centre, plus the official app-store listings. We read them on October 13, 2026, from Canada, and compared them with the other regulated brands in our Ontario online casino guide.

In short, the licence, banking and player-protection documentation are strong; the casino lobby itself is the part we could describe least, because the main site never finished loading during our checks.

Who Sports Interaction Suits Best

  • Sports bettors who also play casino: one wallet covers the sportsbook, casino and live tables.
  • Players who want fast card payouts: Visa Direct/Fast Funds runs 24/7, weekends included.
  • High-limit players: bank wire withdrawals up to C$100,000 and Online Banking up to C$50,000.
  • Anyone who values long-standing Canadian brands: the brand dates its Canadian history back to 1997.

Who Might Prefer Another Ontario Site

Casino-only players who want a large, clearly catalogued slot lobby and a documented loyalty ladder may find a better fit at a dedicated casino brand such as Jackpot City Ontario. Players who need iDebit or Instadebit will not find them in the Sports Interaction Ontario payment menu.

Licence and Who Runs Sports Interaction Ontario

Sports Interaction is fully regulated in Ontario. Its general terms state: “ElectraWorks Maple Limited is licensed and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (the ‘Regulator’) under license number OPIG1242525.” The same clause adds that the company “operates as agent for iGaming Ontario pursuant to an agreement between the two parties.”

That two-layer structure is how every legal Ontario site works. The AGCO registers operators and enforces the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming; iGaming Ontario conducts and manages the market through operating agreements. If you want the wider legal background, our guide to whether online gambling is legal in Canada covers each province.

Sports Interaction Ontario general terms page (October 2026)

The Operator: ElectraWorks Maple Limited

The licensee is ElectraWorks Maple Limited, registered in England under company number 01605615, with its address at 7th Floor, One Stratford Place, Montfichet Road, London E20 1EJ. The terms refer to “Entain or one of its direct or indirect subsidiaries (the Group)”, which places Sports Interaction inside one of the largest listed betting groups.

Payments are handled by Entain Operations Canada Limited, 1565 Carling Avenue, Suite 400, Ottawa, ON K1Z 8R1 (company no. 699682-5). For a player, that means your money moves through a Canadian-registered entity, which is reassuring when your bank reviews a gaming transaction.

How It Appears on iGaming Ontario’s List

iGaming Ontario’s public list of regulated sites shows “Sports Interaction — Casino, Sports Betting” under the operator ElectraWorks Maple Limited, alongside its sister brands Bwin, PartyCasino, PartyPoker and Partysports. The listed address is on.sportsinteraction.com. Always check that the URL you use matches that list before you register; you can find it on the iGaming Ontario regulated market page.

Every line of that table can be checked against a public source, which is exactly what you want from a regulated operator.

What Regulation Means for You in Practice

Because the site is registered with the AGCO, you get a regulator you can escalate to. The complaints clause says written complaints go to complaints@on.sportsinteraction.com, are acknowledged within 24 hours and receive a final response within 90 days; after that, unresolved matters can be taken to iGaming Ontario or the AGCO.

Regulation also brings rules on game fairness, identity checks, advertising and player protection. One visible example: under AGCO Standard 2.05, operators cannot advertise inducements publicly, which is why this review contains no offer amounts.

A Detail Worth Confirming: Two Addresses

The terms also give a postal address for notices: “Customer Services Manager, Office Box 1539, Kahnawake, QC”. That reflects the brand’s historic base, while the Ontario licensee itself is UK-registered. It is not a problem, but if you ever send a formal notice, confirm the current address in the help centre first.

Sports Interaction Casino Games

The operator’s app listing describes “a full online casino experience with 3,000+ games including exclusive titles“, with slots, jackpots and live tables for blackjack and roulette. That is a large library by Ontario standards, though the figure comes from the app store rather than the website.

We should be upfront about method. The casino lobby at www.on.sportsinteraction.com stayed on its loading screen throughout our checks, so we could not count titles, list studios or capture lobby screenshots. Everything below is drawn from the app listing, the terms and the casino help pages.

Online Slots

Slots make up the bulk of the “3,000+ games” quoted in the listing, which mentions “popular slots” by name. If you are new to reels, paylines and RTP, our guide to online slots explains how volatility affects how often and how much a game pays.

A practical tip: in a large lobby, check each game’s information panel for its RTP before you play. Regulated Ontario games show their rules in-game, and two slots with similar themes can return quite different percentages over the long run.

Jackpot Games

The listing invites players to “chase jackpots”, and the terms cover how progressive wins are handled: they are paid within 24 hours after supplier verification. That verification step is normal for networked jackpots, where the game studio confirms the win before the operator releases it.

Remember that a progressive jackpot is funded by a slice of every bet, so the base-game RTP is often lower than on a standard slot. Treat the jackpot as a long shot, not a plan.

Live Casino

Live dealer games are confirmed: the app listing mentions “live casino tables for blackjack, roulette and other table games”, and the site has a dedicated live-casino section. Our live casino guide explains how streamed tables, bet windows and table limits work.

Live tables suit players who want a slower pace and a human dealer. Because each round runs on a timer, they also make it easier to keep track of how many hands you play per hour.

Blackjack

Blackjack is named specifically in the listing for live play. Rules vary by table, so look for details such as how many decks are used and whether the dealer stands on soft 17; those small differences change the house edge. Our online blackjack guide covers basic strategy.

Roulette

Roulette is also listed among the live tables. Whenever you have the choice, pick single-zero (European) roulette: its house edge is 2.70%, against 5.26% on double-zero American wheels. The online roulette guide walks through bet types and odds.

Exclusive Titles

The listing says the library includes “exclusive titles”. The operator does not name them in the material we read, so we cannot tell you which ones they are. If exclusives matter to you, browse the lobby filters once you are logged in.

The categories are all there; what we cannot give you is a studio-by-studio breakdown, so confirm your favourite games in the lobby before depositing.

Pro Tip:
Before you deposit, open the lobby on the site or app and search for two or three games you already know. It takes a minute and tells you more about fit than any headline game count.

Sportsbook and Poker

Sports betting is the brand’s original strength, and iGaming Ontario lists it for both casino and sports. The app describes pre-game and live betting, same-game parlays (SGP, SGP+ and pre-built SGPs) and a 2UP Early Payout feature.

Sports Covered

The listing names the NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB, UFC, CFL, soccer, tennis and golf. For a Canadian bettor, the CFL and NHL coverage is the headline: these are the leagues local players follow most.

Poker

The terms and the help-centre list of offer types refer to poker tournament tickets, so poker is part of the account. We could not open the poker client, so we cannot describe its games or traffic. See our online poker guide for how regulated poker works in Canada.

Payments at Sports Interaction Ontario

Sports Interaction Ontario accepts nine payment routes in CAD: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, paysafecard, Online Banking, Bank Transfer and Bank Wire Transfer. Interac, paysafecard, Online Banking and the bank options work both ways; Amex and Apple Pay are deposit-only.

We took this list from the Payment Methods menu of the Ontario help centre, where each method has its own FAQ. For a broader look at Canadian options, start with our casino payments hub.

💳 Method⬇️ Deposit⬆️ Withdrawal⏱️ Timing (operator FAQ)💰 Limits / fees
Interac e-TransferYesYesDeposit instant or up to 15 min; withdrawal: review up to 2 business days + 1–3 business daysNo SIA deposit fee

Bank TransferYesYesDeposit 1–4 business days; withdrawal 3–5 business days after approvalNo SIA withdrawal fee
Bank Wire Transfer—YesReview up to 2 business days + 3–5 business daysWithdrawal C$10–C$100,000

The pattern is clear: cards and Interac are the everyday routes, while the bank options exist mainly for larger cash-outs.

Interac e-Transfer

Interac is the route most Ontario players will use. The FAQ says deposits arrive instantly or within 15 minutes, in CAD, and that SIA charges no fee on deposits. Withdrawals take longer: up to two business days of internal review, then one to three business days for your bank.

Sports Interaction Ontario interac faq page (October 2026)

Worked example: request an Interac withdrawal on a Thursday afternoon and the review can run to Monday; add up to three business days and the money may land on Thursday of the following week. Plan around that if you need funds by a set date. Our Interac casino guide compares Interac timings across sites.

Visa Fast Funds Payouts

The fastest withdrawal route on paper is Visa. Eligible Visa Debit and prepaid cards receive payouts through Visa Direct/Fast Funds: the payout check takes “a couple of hours”, after which money typically reaches the bank within 5 hours, 24/7, weekends included.

That is a real advantage over Interac here. If your debit card carries the Visa logo, it is worth registering it as a payout method. Our card casino guide explains how bank policies on gaming transactions can differ.

Mastercard, Amex and Apple Pay

Mastercard and American Express deposits carry no SIA fee. Amex is explicit: “AMEX doesn’t support withdrawals.” Apple Pay is the same — “Apple Pay does not support withdrawals in Canada.” If you deposit with either, you will need a second method, such as Interac or a bank route, for cash-outs.

paysafecard

paysafecard deposits are instant and the method is listed for withdrawals too. It suits players who prefer not to share bank details for deposits. Our paysafecard casino guide explains how prepaid vouchers work.

Online Banking, Bank Transfer and Wire

These three routes are where the high ceilings sit. Online Banking (paywithmybank) withdrawals run from C$10 to C$50,000, with roughly 24 hours of review and funds within two business days. Bank Wire handles C$10 to C$100,000, with review up to two business days plus three to five business days.

Bank Transfer (fast bank transfer) deposits take one to four business days to clear, so it is not the route for same-day play. Withdrawals land three to five business days after approval, with no SIA withdrawal fee.

Watch out:
The Online Banking FAQ says the service “supports most banks… in the U.S.” while also describing CAD accounts. It looks like template text, but confirm in the cashier that your Canadian bank is supported before you rely on it.

Withdrawal Timeline by Method

🏦 Method🔍 Internal review📬 After approval📅 Realistic total
Visa Fast FundsA couple of hoursTypically up to 5 hours, 24/7Same day
Online BankingAbout 24 hoursWithin 2 business daysUp to about 3 business days
Interac e-TransferUp to 2 business days1–3 business daysUp to 5 business days
Bank TransferNot stated3–5 business daysAbout a week
Bank WireUp to 2 business days3–5 business daysUp to 7 business days

If speed matters, Visa Debit is the clear choice; if size matters, the wire is the route built for it.

Methods Not in the Ontario Menu

iDebit, Instadebit, MuchBetter and PayPal do not appear in the Ontario help-centre payment menu. If you rely on one of them, look at Ontario sites that list them: Betway Ontario shows iDebit, Instadebit and MuchBetter, and bet365 Ontario lists PayPal. Our Instadebit and iDebit guide, MuchBetter guide and PayPal guide go into detail.

Fees and the Inactivity Charge

The method FAQs state no SIA fee on Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Apple Pay deposits, nor on Bank Transfer withdrawals. One charge to know: under section 11 of the terms, a C$5 inactivity fee applies every 30 days after 18 months without activity. If you stop playing, withdraw your balance and you avoid it entirely.

Sports Interaction Mobile App

Sports Interaction has native apps on both Google Play and the Canadian App Store, each called “Sports Interaction Sportsbook”. The Android description says “Ontario and Alberta only” and links the Ontario terms, and the listing covers casino as well as sports.

Android App on Google Play

The Google Play app (com.sportsinteraction.app) shows 50K+ downloads. Because it links directly to the terms on help.on.sportsinteraction.com, it is clearly aimed at the Ontario market. Having a Play Store listing matters: several Ontario casino brands offer Android only as an APK download.

iOS App on the App Store

The iOS app (id6444409687) was at version 26.09.01, updated September 22, 2026, with a 4.5/5 rating from 9,465 reviews. One point to check: the seller is shown as Avid Ecom Solutions Limited, not the Ontario licensee ElectraWorks Maple Limited. Confirm inside the app that it routes you to the Ontario site before you register.

Account and Verification (KYC)

Identity checks are mandatory. The account-verification page says: “To comply with Ontario online gaming regulations, we are required to verify the identity and age of our customers to ensure our players are of age to gamble.” You must be 19 or older and physically in Ontario.

How to Open an Account

  1. Check the address: use on.sportsinteraction.com, the URL on iGaming Ontario’s list, or the official app.
  2. Register with your legal details: name, date of birth and address must match your ID.
  3. Allow location checks: play is only allowed while you are physically in Ontario.
  4. Complete identity verification: the operator confirms your age and identity as Ontario rules require.
  5. Set your limits first: add deposit and time limits in the responsible-gaming section before your first deposit.
  6. Add a payment method in your own name: the name on the method must match your account.

Name Matching and Security Reviews

The help centre says your name must match your payment methods and that security reviews may ask for further documents. Getting verified before your first withdrawal is the simplest way to avoid payout delays, since a payout cannot clear while documents are outstanding.

Customer Support

The app listing advertises “24/7 support”, and the terms set out a formal written complaints route via complaints@on.sportsinteraction.com. The help-centre contact pages were empty when we loaded them, so we cannot confirm live chat or phone hours for Ontario.

How Complaints Are Handled

  1. Write to the operator: complaints@on.sportsinteraction.com.
  2. Acknowledgement: within 24 hours, per the terms.
  3. Final response: within 90 days.
  4. Escalation: if unresolved, contact iGaming Ontario or the AGCO.

Self-Help in the Help Centre

The Ontario help centre itself is detailed: each payment method has its own FAQ, and there are pages on withdrawals, deposit limits, account verification, offer types and casino questions. For most routine questions, it answers faster than a support ticket.

Responsible Gambling Tools

Sports Interaction offers a complete set of Ontario player-protection tools: breaks in play and self-exclusion from one day to indefinitely, deposit limits, loss, wager and time-based limits, group-wide exclusion across Entain platforms, and access to iGaming Ontario’s centralized self-exclusion programme.

The terms put it plainly: you can request “self-exclusions and breaks in play for periods of one day, one week, one month, two months, three months or indefinitely”, along with deposit, loss and time-based limits, “by using the responsible gaming function available on Your Account”.

HelplineConnexOntario 1-866-531-2600 (referenced in the app listing)

Few operators make the cooling-off rule this explicit, and it is the detail that protects you on a bad night.

Why the 24-Hour Cooling-Off Matters

Lowering a deposit limit takes effect at once; raising one waits 24 hours. That asymmetry is deliberate. It stops an impulsive decision in the middle of a session and gives you a night to reconsider. Set the limit when you are calm, not when you are chasing a loss.

Group-Wide Exclusion Across Entain

If you self-exclude indefinitely, the exclusion extends across Entain platforms. In Ontario that covers the sister brands on the same licensee, such as Bwin and PartyCasino, so one decision closes several doors at once.

Where to Get Help in Ontario

Treat casino games as paid entertainment, never as income. If gambling stops feeling like fun, call ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600, free and confidential, or read our responsible gambling guide for warning signs and tools.

Loyalty and Promotions

Under Ontario rules, promotions, if any, are shown to players once they are logged in on the operator’s site or app, not in public advertising. That is why this review lists no offers or amounts.

The help centre does explain the general types of offer the account can receive, such as bet credits, odds boosts and poker tournament tickets, so you know how they will appear. Whatever you see once logged in, read its terms in full and remember that any offer is optional.

A Sensible Approach to Offers

An offer should never change how much you planned to spend. Decide your budget first, set it as a deposit limit, and only then look at what is available in your account.

How Sports Interaction Compares With Other Ontario Sites

Against the other regulated brands we review, Sports Interaction stands out for fast Visa payouts, high withdrawal ceilings and a full sportsbook, and falls behind on documented casino detail and support channels. All the brands below are on iGaming Ontario’s list; our Ontario casino hub ranks them side by side.

On payout speed via Visa it holds its own with the leaders; on the overall package it sits just behind the casino specialists.

Sports Interaction vs bet365 Ontario

Both combine casino and sportsbook. bet365 documents more of its casino (2,559 games), 24/7 live chat and PayPal, and aims to process withdrawals within two hours. Sports Interaction counters with higher bank-wire ceilings and its long Canadian track record. Read the full bet365 Ontario review.

Sports Interaction vs Betway Ontario

Betway is the closer match as a sports-first brand. It lists iDebit, Instadebit and MuchBetter, which Sports Interaction does not, but it applies a pending period of up to 72 hours before withdrawals are processed. If fast card payouts matter more than e-wallets, Sports Interaction has the edge. See our Betway Ontario review.

Sports Interaction vs Jackpot City Ontario

Jackpot City is casino-only and documents a six-level loyalty programme, Android and iOS apps, and toll-free phone support. Sports Interaction offers the sportsbook and a broader payment menu with Online Banking and wire. Casino purists will lean to Jackpot City; all-rounders to Sports Interaction.

Sports Interaction vs 888 Casino Ontario

888 lists MuchBetter and a toll-free phone line with daily hours, and processes withdrawals within one business day before the method time. Sports Interaction’s Visa Fast Funds route is quicker on paper. Compare both in our 888 Casino Ontario review.

Our Rating by Dimension

Sports Interaction scores 80/100 overall. Licence, payments and player protection score highly; games and support are held back because we could verify less of them. Our rating methodology explains each dimension.

Is Sports Interaction Worth It in 2026?

80
/100

Yes, for the right player. Sports Interaction is a properly regulated Ontario site: ElectraWorks Maple Limited holds AGCO registration OPIG1242525, operates as an agent of iGaming Ontario and belongs to the Entain group. That gives you a clear complaints route, Ontario-standard identity checks and a strong set of responsible-gaming tools, including breaks from one day to indefinite and deposit limits with a 24-hour cooling-off on increases.

It suits Ontario players who bet on sports and also want casino games and live tables in the same wallet, and anyone who values quick card payouts: Visa Fast Funds withdrawals typically arrive within five hours, weekends included. High-limit players get bank wire withdrawals up to C$100,000. It suits less well those who depend on e-wallets such as Instadebit or MuchBetter, players who want Interac withdrawals within a day, and casino-only players who want a fully documented lobby and loyalty ladder before they join. Our 80/100 reflects excellent licence and payment documentation, held back by what we could not confirm about the casino lobby and support channels.

What We Liked

  • AGCO registration and iGO listing for Casino and Sports Betting
  • Visa Fast Funds payouts, 24/7
  • High withdrawal ceilings and C$10 minimum on bank routes
  • Detailed, method-by-method payment FAQs
  • Clear limits and self-exclusion options

What We Didn’t Like

  • Up to two business days of internal review on Interac withdrawals
  • No e-wallets in the Ontario menu
  • Live chat and phone hours not shown on the Ontario help pages
  • iOS app seller differs from the Ontario licensee
